Statewide Roofing

We had a roof leak for several weeks. Alex and crew came out provided a clear estimate in a couple of days, and then beat all the competitors in price. He went above and beyond by coming out on the weekend - with short notice, finished everything in one long day, cleaned the gutters, inspected the roof and fixing as needed and finally took pictures of everything, so he could explain what he did. As a new, first-time home owner, I would trust Alex with doing a great job.

If every Pro who came out to my home were like Alex Bello with Statewide Roofing, I would never dread home repair jobs. I knew I had a rotten soffit that was leaking, a downspout that was overflowing and pouring water into my basement and that I wanted a rain barrel installed. He and a partner walked over the entire roof and checked out the problem spots and noticed a few other small preventive repairs that needed doing. He showed the photographs and explained why the repairs should be considered (no pressure or scare tactics). And I know he was not just inventing work for himself because my husband and I pointed out a couple of other potential problems that concerned us, he checked and said, that "no" they were fine. And all was immediately documented with photos. He placed a very professional quote, fully itemized without my having to beg, and with the photos attached. He was available when I needed him and came when scheduled. He and his partner worked for six hours (12 man hours) for a very fair and competitive price. Then he showed me the "after" pictures of the work they had done. But I could hardly believe it when (beyond the scope of the work and not included in my cost) they blew all the pre-existing leaves and debris from my driveway and walkway to the front door and porch. Definitely above and beyond. Alex and crew are hardworking and honest and I would absolutely recommend them. And I'll be calling them again if something new crops up (or when I need a new roof).
