Two service men arrived on time but smelled awfully of stale smoke, 1 more than the other. Cleaned windows but not screens (I thought wipe down of screens was included), so windows look streaked with cobwebs. Screen in study now torn/broken.

The windows sparkle! The Starbrite team went right to work! They moved ficus trees in front of the deck windows and put them back when they were finished. There was no mess! If not for the CLEAN, SHINY windows I saw when I pulled into the driveway, I would have never know they were here. Perfect. We will be sure to use again 2-3 x a year!

Fantastic! We leveraged the Angie's List "big deal" for $99 for 20 windows cleaned. We purchased the coupon on Monday; and they were out here on Wednesday! The windows are sparkly and clean, couldn't be happier. They came PREPARED, ladders, etc., and were very professional. Will definitely use them again!

Pressure Washing Service was competent.

After a lot of outside work created a virtual dustbowl in our yard, our windows were filthy. Starbrite cleaned the windows inside and out and did a very good job. The workers were very respectful of the house and kept the job site very clean. I highly recommend this company to clean windows. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

We are new the area so I went to Angie's List. I called Starbrite based, as usual, on the number of people who took the time to leave a review and the reviews themselves. Thad and Eric came on time, went over what would be done and what it would cost to do. We have a lot of windows, some quite large and most are divided. They did a great job. They completed the job in in about 3 hours and didn't leave a mess. We will have them come do the inside once renovations are completed.

He is just wonderful. He did a great job. I look forward to having him back in the future. I love that they came in uniform and were on time and worked together well. They did 61 windows, total house washing, they did the garden, our turn around, and front entrance.

They were very quick, clean, and professional. They're also courteous and neat during the process and try not to disturb your home. We're very pleased with the work.

Cindy is very personable, & we worked through several schedule changes- some issues theirs, some because I added onto the scope of the work to be done. Robert was very professional, as were the rest of his team. I felt that they did an outstanding job, & will be using this company every year moving forward. In fact, I will ask them to clean my gutters this fall & pressure wash again in the spring. I have already referred my brother based on my positive experience!

The person doing the pressure washing was very pleasant, was careful about covering up areas, washed the plants in each section, was very meticulous and the house looked great.

We were unprepared for move-in to our new home, and called Starbrite at the very last minute to try and get windows cleaned before moving in. They were INCREDIBLE. Not only did they respond faster-than-a-speeding-bullet, but they did a tremendous job of making all of the windows look like they were brand spankin new. Hands-down, a great experience. These are REAL people that know what REAL customer service is all about.

Everything was done in a competent, professional manner. We have used several firms in the past and have always been disappointed. Starbrite did a wonderful job and we were very pleased.

We used an Angie's List "Big Deal" to pre-pay for service with Starbrite Window Cleaning to get our home pressure washed. Contact from Cindy came quickly and they scheduled someone to come out and perform the service. FULL DISCLOSURE: Their worker came on-time and I received a call that my faucets weren't working. I called back to apologize that I had apparently forgot to open up the faucets from the winter. I took full responsibility for this, completely my fault, and Cindy was great about re-scheduling. Here's where things started to go wrong.... Unfortunately, their primary worker had an injury and was unable to come back out anytime soon. It caused a backlog for them, naturally. Cindy was very proactive about communicating this and there were no worries on this end. I asked her to just get someone out when she could, after all, my fault to begin with. Over a week passed with no word so I called Cindy to ask about an ETA. After a few more days I received a call and a super nice email from Cindy that she had fallen ill and between that and the backlog of their main worker being injured they were just behind. Again, Cindy was awesome, I wished her well about her temporary illness and she scheduled us for next Tuesday. Talk about the perfect storm for them... Totally understandable. Then this afternoon hours after talking to Cindy, I get a voicemail from someone I haven't spoken to before, Robert. His voicemail is saved on my phone I just couldn't get over this.... if I don't get a refund I'll post it for everyone to hear. I couldn't believe his tone. In his voicemail he said he understood there was a scheduling problem (like I've been causing a big fuss or something) and reminded me that they did show up at the scheduled time, he would be happy to refund my money (which I never came close to asking for), and that I could find someone else to do it if I like... oh it gets better. He proceeded to say, "sending out someone to do the service cost him $60 so I'm actually inconveniencing him and that it does work both ways, sir." I couldn't believe my ears so I called Robert back. I said, "Robert, have you talked to Cindy today"... Mmm, no well. uhhh... "... because if you talked to Cindy you would have already known that we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday and things are well. I'm so glad to hear that Cindy is feeling better, we had a great conversation. Your voicemail however, didn't set well with me." Robert quickly retorted with the fact that I can refund my money, and that he was the "best in the business." I laughed, told him that yes as a matter of fact I DO want a refund and I look forward to sharing this crazy story on Angie's list. Bottom line... Cindy was awesome, their service probably is pretty good but I will never know. If you get Robert on the phone, just hang up and run away.

In October I bought one of the speacial deals on Angie's list to have my windows washed. I am very pleased with the results. They showed up on time, did a great job and were very nice young men. I would hire them again. Thank you!!

Brandon arrived as scheduled. He was courteous. I could see that he took pride in his work.
