I called Robert on Wednesday to request an estimate for pressure washing and window cleaning. He came to my house that evening and gave me the estimate. The price was so reasonable that I hired him without getting estimates from other companies. I asked if he could do the work on a Saturday and he was able to do it the upcoming Saturday. He arrived 5 minutes early with one assistant. They worked from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m in scorching heat without any breaks. A fantastic job at a great price.

All windows were expertly cleaned at a very reasonable price. Robert, the owner, and his assistant arrived 5 minutes early, got to work right away and completed the job quickly and completely. They were both friendly, capable and professional in every way. Robert even offered to change burned out bulbs for us in a hard to reach chandlier at no charge. Highly recommended!

I called Starbrite on Tuesday and he and Scott - his associate - came today (6 days later) to do the work. He told me on the phone how much per window and I accepted this price although he had said he would be happy to visit beforehand to give me a firm estimate, but I felt that this was not necessary. They turned up promptly, gave me an estimate and started work. Everything was taken care of professionally, quickly and efficiently. I also asked them to clean my chandelier which wasn't a problem. I will definitely use Starbrite again and will recommend them without hesitation. Robert also mentioned that if we had any lights in high places that we needed changing, he would be happy to do that as well.

I had never heard of Starbrite until I got a flyer in the mailbox. Called Starbrite on Friday 5/21/2010 for an estimate for window cleaning, pressure cleaning of driveways (brick and concrete) and pressure cleaning of all our outdoor furniture. It should be noted that we have several leaded glass transoms around our front door, and inside the house, and all the transoms were included in the areas to be cleaned. Robert Naughton (owner) was at our house 5 hours later. He toured the house, counted all the windows/doors/transoms, looked at the areas to be pressure cleaned, and gave us an estimate that was well below the "going" price for such work. The work was scheduled for 8 am on 5/26/2010 and Robert and his crew arrived at 7:55 a.m. on the scheduled day. Robert and his crew were professionally dressed and polite, and performed their work in a professional manner. My windows are sparkling, my driveways and bright and clean, and our outdoor furniture looks like new. We are now scheduling Starbrite to do pressure washing and window cleaning at our office. To say we are pleased with the work done by Starbrite is an understatement. Starbrite is one of the new guys in town, and I believe they are going to give all their competitors a run for their money. It goes without saying that I recommend Starbrite to anyone who needs window cleaning and pressure cleaning services.
