I took advantage of the Big Deal coupon for $198.00. I had to rescheduled my initial appointment, however, they were very accommodating and came out the following Tuesday. I wasn't there when he arrived, however, my sister said he got there early and was already cleaning the house, which was not a problem. When I came home I inspected the problem areas (mold under bathroom window and on down spout )and it was removed 100%. I was very pleased with the job. One negative - the water left a film on the windows, and its especially noticable on the window in the second story of my foyer(about 20 ft up), so there's no way I can get up there to clean it. Hopefully the rain will rinse it away.

The work was performed satisfactorily. The problem is with an overpayment I have been trying to get back FOR MONTHS. I had forgetten that Angie's list had already charged my card for the pressure washing and paid them again along with the additional charge for the driveway. II wrote them a check for 288.00 rather than the $90 dollars for the driveway. I realized this when I received my AMEX statement and called the company. They assured me they would send me a check fo rthe overpayment. No check received. I have called twice more over the last few months with the same response each time and NO REFUND. The check was number 1569 and cleared my bank in October. The charge was on my AMEX bill on October 3rd from Angie's list. It took intervention and a complaint to finally get my refund several months later.

The job was done well and very professional. They arrived on time did everything I asked. I bought the service on a " Angie's List Deal of the Day" and it was a great deal, as it would have cost $565 full price. I will definitly use them again next year.

Great service. Executed just as advertised. I especially like the window prying service as they have a lot of experience in this area precisely knowing how to open these problematic windows without damaging them. I have recommended Starbrite to my Condo community of more work, including pressure washing.

I had purchased Angies List Deal for 50% discount on pressure washing of the house so the price was great due to the discount. It was a little difficult getting the work scheduled, I called a few times without a return call also tried to use their website to contact them. Finally got work scheduled. They did a good job on the house and windows.

Using the Angie's List special offer I signed up and made an appointment with the owner. He was very professional and accommodating.While Starbrite worked in my home they were careful with my furniture and cleaned up well outside when they were done. I was very pleased with their performance.

Very nice, professional individuals came to our house at a pre-arranged time to view our house, confirm the window washing service I had purchased on Angie's List and to arrange a time for the work to be done. After looking at the exterior of the house, they suggested we might want to consider pressure washing as well. We knew there was some mold on the siding, and we had been talking about getting it cleaned for some time. They gave us a very reasonable price to add the pressure wash, and they were not at all pushy about trying to "sell" us. On the appointed day/time, a crew of three or four polite young men arrived and proceeded to wash all our windows inside and out and pressure wash the siding. The entire job only took them about two hours, and the work was excellent! The mold was gone and the windows sparkled. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend the company.

Very good. They had to reschedule several times because of weather (too cold), but were able to accommodate my schedule. They also called in advance to move the appointments so that if I needed to rearrange my schedule I could without wasting a day.

They did what they said they would do, and the job worked out fine. It was a good price. We will probably use them again for our windows - I guess that is a good recommendation by itself. We would recommend them for something similar to what they did for us.

Using my Angie's List Big Deal, I made an appointment, indicating that there was no real hurry for the Holidays. On the day of the appointment, they arrived promptly and went right to work! Thad and David did an excellent job and were finished in less than 2 hours. They moved some furniture and replaced it after the cleaning. I am extremely pleased.

Robert came out the same day I asked for an estimate. I called a day later, but my call was not returned. Since it was the Thanksgiving holiday, I waited for a couple weeks and called back. Robert was apologetic that he did not receive my message and scheduled me immediately for the next week. Considering the result, I was very glad I gave him a second chance. Thad and Dave washed all our 29 windows and 28 storm windows inside and out. They had to remove most of the storms from the outside which is a considerable amount of work. Our house was built in 1938, so some of the glass is actually stained from exposure to the elements. Both men were very apologetic that they could not make them as clear as new. However, I was quite satisfied once they explained the problem. The windows look fabulous and I would definitely use their services again. One word of caution: if you have special plants outside, be sure to point them out. I failed to do so and a branch on one of my special rhododendrons got broken.

An amazing job all around. They were polite, worked cleanly indoors and out, and did a thorough job. We would definitley recommend Starbrite and will use them again.

They did a lousy job cleaning the windows. I pointed this out. They went back around to do some touch up, but it still looked lousy. He never checked with me before leaving. He obviously did not care if I was satisfied.

Attentive, professional, easy to approach. Did an incredible job on pressure washing work...the concrete and swingset looked brand new when they were done. Windows glistened. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

I purchased the $125 for $250 worth of services from Angie's List, which included 35 windows cleaned inside and out, then paid in full for additional windows. The crew was punctual, professional, and efficient. All windows were cleaned by hand, inside and out. My windows look great, and I would definitely use them again.

I had just moved into a new home and the painters left a lot of prints on the windows. I was dreading washing them all as it would have probably taken me an entire day. Angie's List happened to send out a "Big Deal" for 35 regular windows. I decided to try it out. I bought the deal on Thursday and emailed the company to see if there was anyway I could get them done before Sunday, as it was my son's first birthday and we were having people over. To my surprise, Robert, the owner, called me back and told me he could fit me in that very day. He also boasted that he built his company on service and that he does background checks on all his employees. I informed him he was off to a great start, but we'd have to see the end result. Well, after showing up on time that day, my wife called to inform me that they were one of the more professional contractors we've had. The two gentlemen (names escape me) showed up in full uniform, in a company van, and even had footies over their shoes when they did the inside windows. They introduced themselves and even came back inside to touch up a few spots they noticed when they finished the outside. All this in about a 2 hour timeframe. Robert and Starbrite came through. I pulled up after work and was literally shocked at how shiny the house looked. It was a stark difference and really made my recently purchased house look like new. My father in law was so impressed at the difference the clean windows made on the house, he is looking to use them on his home now as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Starbrite as they were efficient, professional, and did a fantastic job.

I used these guys only because of the Big Deal offer. The first time around they sent a 3 man crew and one of the guys did a horrible job, not even taking care of visible dust and cobwebs on window sills. I then called the owner, Robert, and complained to him about the shoddy work. The next day, Robert sent the same crew minus the guy who did the crappy work, and they did a better job fixing the prior mess. Overall, I thought they were ok and responsive enough to the customer. However, I was disappointed that Robert did not show up at my place after my complaint even though he said he would.

I purchased a Hot Deal from Angies and then hired this company to clean our 54 windows. The coupon was $125 for $250 worth of cleaning, which included up to 35 regular or 28 divided (paned) windows. After receiving the coupon, I called and immediately spoke with the owner Robert who explained how they would price the rest of the windows ($6 for regular or $8 for paned). We set the appontment for 12:30 the following day (they had a cancellation). The 3-person, uniformed crew gave me a 30 minute call-ahead as requested, and showed up exactly on time. The crew leader Thad did a walk-a-round and came back with the price for the remaining windows - an additional $114 above what I had already paid for the coupon. I thought the price after the coupon was extremely reasonable. Thad and another employee started inside, while the third crew member started outside. The estimated completion time was 3 hours; they finished in 2.5 hours. They were careful and clean inside the house, and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend this company.

Crew arrived on time, introduced themselves and thoroughly explained the process involved. I was impressed that they were cleaned shaven men in jeans with bright royal blue company logo shirts which looked very professional. They were very friendly and made me feel at ease. Keith walked with me around house so I could show him the windows I would like cleaned. Then they immediately got to work, cleaning inside first and unfastening screens and then moved outside. I felt comfortable with them inside my home. They did a beautiful job and very polite and respectful. Afterwards, they asked me if I was happy and if there was anything else they could help with. I couldn't have asked for a better crew or company to do business with. I look forward to using them again in the future. They were even nice enough to leave me estimates for other jobs around the house that they specialize in. It says a lot in this economy to have a reliable, trustworthy and efficient company to do business with. Note: This was a half price special that I purchased with an Angie's List Big Deal coupon so it was in line with what I had paid previously for window cleaning. Had I not had the special, they would have been more expensive although I feel they did such a great job and you do get what you pay for!

They called before arriving and arrived at about the time discussed. They were very professional and got right to work. They were careful not to damage anything inside the house. The charge was the minimum job charge ($75) which seemed reasonable for this job. I will use them again when I need this type of work done.

I contacted Robert of Starbrite Windows and he was very prompt about answering the phone and scheduling me for a quote. Robert showed up early and my intention was just to get a quote to have our windows done. It was so good, I kept adding to the list. I ended up getting a quote to have 55 windows and 10 transoms washed, inside and out, pressure spray our front step, my kids? play set, and an old English phonebox, and unstick 40 windows that were painted shut a couple of years ago. The price was still cheaper than the other company I had previously used for window cleaning only (a very popular company with a lot of reviews on Angie?s List.) Not only was Starbrite less expensive, the crew was much better, and the quality of work was much better. My landscaper actually said he thought I replaced my windows with news ones because they looked so bright and clean. The crew, Keith and Brandon were very quiet and diligent. Keith was extremely courteous when I had questions, and Brandon was very, very thorough and conscientious of every little smudge. I love this company and hope to use them again soon.
