I hired Sponge and Sparkle about 4 years ago to do our twice monthly house cleaning and I’m so glad I did. Their teams do a very good job of cleaning and are courteous and professional. Even more, the office communicates about appointments- no surprises or no shows. They call. Even with the pandemic S and S has worked so well with clients and their employees to keep everyone safe and happy. I would highly recommend them.

They have been taking great care of my home for over 20 years.

Very good service. The employees are very pleasant and always follow the special requests that I have made. The products that they use for cleaning are very good, I simply have some requests regarding our rugs and floors. Have used them for about a year and will continue.

We have been using Sponge and Sparkle now for about six months and they have provided exceptional service.

I've used them for 20 years and they are currently my cleaning service. The quality does vary somewhat with the individual they send. I use them every four weeks cleaning. When there's been a problem, they've been very good about dealing with them. Some of their cleaners I would give an A for professionalism, some of their cleaners I would give a B or C for professionalism and it varies with individuals. They have more A's than B's and C's, they do have some that don't quite.

They sent a different cleaner that time.

The nice ladies were on time, so courteous, went promptly to work, did everything requested. I needed to have a bedrm deep-cleaned for a guest w/ respiratory problems and very pleased with the thorough job.

I purchased an Angie's List coupon for four hours of housecleaning, and was contacted about scheduling very quickly. I was able to have the house cleaned just a week after purchasing the coupon. The work performed was great, and I got a super price to add regular service. I'm very excited about the continuing service!

I was left to scramble to find another cleaning service late Thursday afternoon for a Friday service.

They were out of my service area so I called Angie's List to get a refund.

Great service. The two ladies came from another job, which caused them to be delayed by 45 minutes. However, they cleaned my whole house within the time promised (two hours). The scheduler also called in advance to inform me of the delay. The housecleaning was thorough and well-done. Despite looking very hot (it was in the high 90s today) and very tired, the ladies had an upbeat attitude and got right to work. The price was marked down by $20 from $140.00 to $120.00 due to a coupon on Angie's list. Otherwise, I'd say the price was fair for a moderate-sized home.

They did a good job on the areas they covered in the alloted time allowed. This was the only issue, I think they could have completed the whole house in the time they allotted to clean it. We've had other services and the covered the cleaning of the whole house.

As far as I know, everything went well.

Two techs showed up, a male and a female, and they did a good job. They were congenial and professional.

They worked steady and consistently, Very polite.

The two women who came out did a great job...they were very committed to the job, even staying past time because they weren't quite satisfied. Also, I really liked them both, and will use them again. I highly recommend this company.

I just wanted to write because these folks did such a great job. I have lots of dust like most people and a dog that sheds. Everything was done, perfect clean house. And my most favorite thing is when I pull in to my garage I can smell this most wonderful smell coming from upstairs...I just love I! Its one of their cleaning products I guess. The house looks great and everything is in its place...ahhh relief from a hard day at work. I strongly recommend Sponge and Sparkle!

The cleaners were professional, friendly, and respectful of the home. I came home to the freshest smell of lavender and was amazed by the quality of the cleaning. It was seriously sparkling. We have a baby and two pets, so cleanliness hard to come by at times. I am so glad I called S & S because it saved me so much valuable time and energy. I will definitely use them again!

They showed up on time, clueless about the special request. When they looked at it, they claimed they didn't do that, and didn't know how or have the right stuff to do it. Big deal, its the inside of a porcelain bowl. I told them it was confirmed at time of scheduling, and they said I must have spoken to a service. Didn't seem so. They bragged to me that they would get paid for their time anyway, as they eagerly called the office, happy for an excuse not to do the work. Not a good company, look elsewhere for cleaning in this area.

My husband and I hired this company when we were moving out of our rental house and scheduled a detail clean and were very very impressed with the job the 2 cleaners did. When I walked through the house after they had left I was very impressed with how clean they got our kitchen and bathrooms - the house came with a stained sink and they got the stain 100% out. I highly recommend them and will use them again in our new house.

I loved the cleaners who came to our house. They did a fabulous job. We used them for years! We were loyal and always gave our cleaner a year end gift. The owner, however was most unpleasent to deal with, even for minor issues. She was rude and passive agressive every single time I talked with her. I was shocked that they would treat a long-time customer with such disrespect. I finally stopped using them because I hated dealing with the owner.
