We signed up through Costco for delivery. 5 bottles per month for 35.99. The first month went great. After that, deliveries were skipped. I would wait upwards of 67 minutes for a rep to answer the phone. When I reported that my delivery was missed, she was VERY hostile. She said FINE, it will be there tomorrow, ANYTHING ELSE?? I said no thank you. The next day, no water. 3 days later I did get a delivery, not of the 5 bottles that we desperately needed, but one bottle. I had to call back again and sat on hold for 107 minutes just to be treated badly by another customer service rep. I've never had such poor service, EVER. She said she would send water out the next day. 5 days later, still no water. I sent emails through their website hoping that was a better way to communicate. It says to expect a response within 48 hours. 8 days later, still no response. I just want to cancel but now I cannot reach ANYONE when I call all the numbers. I went to Costco and they tried contacting them. THEY can't reach them. Costco is working with me to cancel my service. HORRIBLE, awful service. AVOID THE HASSLE!

I had them deliver water for 2 years to our summer home. It took many phone calls to both start and stop delivery both summers. It got to the point that the regional manager had to intervene to get anything done. In all fairness this issue may be a Flagstaff area problem. Even regional managers had difficulty getting the local managers to return phone inquiries. I spent many hours on the phone trying to fix the situation, it cannot be fixed. I pay more for water now but do not have to waste time and frustration trying to deal with a rock of a system. Save yourself the aggravation, go somewhere else.

We really like the service because they have never been late with a delivery and are always there when we need them. The water we have received from them is very clean and we are very happy with them. They are also very friendly.
