When I first talked to them, they gave me specifications on an particular window, and in the conversation, noticed that I had house plants. The window I was looking at, the house plants would not survive with the level of shading of the windows. He suggested a kind of window, that would not hurt my plants. Out of three window companies, he was the only one who mentioned that. I was talking basically the same window, with each company. The other thing is, after I placed the order. The window that I wanted or liked, was out of stock, so they gave me a better window, for the same price. I was very pleased with the price. I have been in Iowa for the entire time, my daughter lives with me, and she is there. She hasn't mentioned any problems with the windows. I told them I wanted to put them in July, and they put them in July. I remember that we told them we wanted to put them in July, and they money came in earlier than I thought, and I wanted to change it to mid June, and that didn't work out, as they were waiting on the windows to be ordered.

I wouldn't recommend them. I had such a huge problem with the labor that was here and the mistakes that they were making and to try to get talking to the people back in the office. They weren't taking the calls. Ultimately, the guy says, "Alright. We'll have somebody come back out and fix all of the stuff that they did." A guy came out, while I wasn't here and he fixed some of it. But then, when the office called me and said, "Okay. Is this all done?" I said, "Well, it's only partially done." The guy was exasperated with me. He said, "Well, what are you expecting of us?" I'm like, "Fine. Just forget it." Under the contract, they were supposed to repair any rotted wood that gutters were hanging on. They replaced it with a piece of old wood. I saw the piece of wood that they were putting up there and I said, "No." They said, "Oh, this is brand new wood." I go, "No. It's not." It had mold on it and nail holes. They said, "Oh, this is just something that we used in the workplace and it just got dirty." I'm like, "No. It's not." They hung it up. They put a coat of whatever on it. It's just a couple of months old and it has got mold coming through. It is horrendous. I will never ever use them.
