Southern Star Tree

A tree tech named Austin came to my backyard to give estimate. Unbeknownst to me he had gone to the front porch first and made my wife feel extremely uncomfortable. She was sitting on the front porch and he invited himself up and sat down unrequested. He then proceeded to try and flirt with her. He was not respecting COVID guidelines nor the guidelines of good manners. He then called a few days later saying his crew was in the neighborhood and would be removing my tree around 4:30pm. That was 5 days ago. No crew showed up. No phone call to reschedule. Nothing.

They were quick and efficient.

All went fairly smoothly. There was a small with the landscaping but they were fast at getting back and removed the issue.

They were by far the cheapest and most professional I had dealt with. I would definitely check them out.
