Southern Comfort Moving company provided an in home free move estimate on both August 20, 2014 and March 16, 2015. The Tipton's stated that they were getting estimates from several other moving companies and that they would follow up if they wanted to choose our company. The customer never called back to contract our moving services. Our processes are as follows: We require a deposit and we issue the customer a computer generated invoice number, and we ask the customer to call or email us as soon as possible to book their job. We followed up with this customer over several months and they still stated they hadn't made a decision. Moving can be a stressful time and we like to take the stress out of the customers life by providing two (2) customer service calls, one (1) from the office confirming the move- during the week of the move, and one (1) on the day of the move from the supervisor on the truck assigned to the move. This keeps our customer's abreast of their move, team, date and time. This is a mistaken identity -We would have loved to provided the move for them.
