Description of Work: We worked with Solid Source Realty agent Peg Grady Fustino in a search for a home in Cobb County during July and August 2011. Peg is a completely area knowledgable, professional, high service real estate subject matter expert. Her knowledge, follow through and follow up are superb. She worked with us to compile a list of candidate properties that met a set of criteria we discussed with her. She researched properties in north, northeast, east and west Cobb for us based on a preliminary list. She prepared a binder on each property selected for viewing that included the title history, tax history, multiple listing property description, neighborhood comparables, and sales history. We ultimately found a great home at a great price in an East Cobb subdivision that we really liked and did not think we could afford. Peg's additional skill set as a top negotiator and a closer helped us purchase a great house even though she had to deal with many issues related to the seller. She followed up on every detail of the transaction, from recommending a great mortgage broker and a picky home inspector to finding us a professional survey company and a contractor to get the house repainted. Her entire focus was on ensuring that we had closure on all of the elements related to a satisfactory house buying experience. We could not recommend her highly enough. FYI: We trusted her to find us an agent in Fort Worth, TX for the sale of our home there. She interviewed and selected an excellent Williams Trew Realty agent with the same qualities that she displays. Both agents worked very closely and communicated effectively to help us sell one home and buy another.
