Description of Work: She replaced 18 windows as well the ceiling and attic. He was very professional sealed all my doors and he was on time. She was very quick and even helped me with other things around the house.

+ -1 moreWe hired Smart Space to peform an energy audit on our house and I'm so glad we did! Turns out we had bats living in our attic, who weren't even paying rent! In addition to notifying us of our unwanted housemates, Harden was able to pinpoint places in our home that need some major and minor upgrades! She really took the time to explain each upgrade and how it would directly benefit our bottom line. She didn't pressure us to make upgrades we weren't comfortable with. In fact, she took the time to help me set up our in-home radon test kit. We look forward to using SS to re-do our attic within the next year using their new financing services. I can't wait to reap the savings of having a more energy efficient home.

Smart Space educated us on the options to receive tax credits available at the time which afforded us the opportunity to purchase the best windows on the market -- staying within our budget! Smart Space crew were professional and did a great job installing the windows. Our home improvement investment continues to pay for itself today!
