Skyline Pest Solutions

Skyline came out and they were the only pest company who took photographs to document the areas where rats were getting into the attic. While the initial repairs to a door outside the crawlspace was bumpy (door replaced with non-treated lumber), the work was re-done without a question and Skyline has been responsive ever since. They instructed us about keeping birdseed off of the front porch and even keeping the bird feeder in front empty so that there was no free source of food. Work to the crawlspace involved having to re-do the heating unit since rats had chewed their way in. Skyline set out traps both in the attic and crawlspace with bait, and after a few rats were caught there were none. They were also very thorough in their inspection of any damage to the attic the rats may have done and found nothing significant.

Skyline was fantastic. I called several different companies and their replies were the most courteous and most thorough. Tom came on time, gave me the opportunity to ask questions, and even showed me a place where our builder had neglected to caulk, which was likely how bugs were getting in. I really appreciated that he went the extra mile to help me. Will be recommending Skyline to all of our neighbors.

As a matter of fact they are coming out this week. Annually it's about $450. Sometimes I might have to call them back but they always take care of anything I have to call them back on. As far as I know it's a decent price. I haven't looked recently at pricing so I am not quite sure what folk are charging these days. I signed up for them when it was a company called RIA and that was about five or six years ago. Skyline bought RIA. So I really haven't looked into anybody else because I am satisfied with the work they are doing. I really haven't looked into the pricing but I am told by other folks that it's a decent price. It also includes the in-ground termite control. They do pest control and termite control. So it is all of the in-ground termite traps and all of that. They come out and inspect those and all of that.

We have contracted with Skyline Pest Solutions for regular service. We found them on Angie's list. This service has allowed us to enjoy our yard with our grandchild (2 1/2 yr.) even during top mosquito season.

The provider was friendly, courteous and professional. Ants are gone and haven't been back, so we're happy!

It went fine. Very professional and efficient. Too soon to tell how effective the treatment will be.

The person at the office scheduling our appointment was very helpful and understanding of our unique needs. The tech was prompt and very nice. He patiently answered all my questions (new homeowner). He was cautious about applying anything within easy reach of our dog and was concerned for her and our safety. I appreciated this as it was my number 1 concern. Great value for the price. The indoor treatment worked very well, haven't seen an ant since the treatment. The mosquito treatment didn't work, however it rained very hard about an hour after application.

It went well, I asked for some bug traps as a previous provider gave me some, but he didn't have any currently. He did come back around and dropped off for me, which I appreciated greatly.

Bought a deal on Angie's list for mosquito service. Tech came out but treatment did not work - mosquitoes still here. Skyline sent me an invoice even though I prepaid for the service.

It took forever to get a response and when I called I was told that I would have to go to a different office since Skyline bought RIA. Had been using RIA and has much much better service. since skyline took over service is awful!!!!! Will not use again.

I purchased a big deal with them and everything turned out well.

Great. Guy was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We caught a few rodents already with their traps and have asked them to seal up all of the entry points (at an additional cost).

Everything went well, they were on time and they called us ahead of time before they got to our home. Their communication was excellent. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and we had them come back out a month later.

The service went alright. They were responsive and came out pretty soon after I purchased the deal. One technician came out for the job and completed it in about a half hour. They treated the outside of the home. He knocked at the door to let me know he was at my home and was very efficient. He was punctual and they made the service easy to set up.

I had recently had new landscaping put in around the back of my home which brought out a considerable amount of bugs. RIA sent a very professional representative to my home. He explained the process then proceeded to spray both outside and inside my home. He started in the attic and worked his way down to the basement. I have seen a considerable improvement since September. I will definitely call RIA again for my pest control needs.

The interior insect treatment did not last long, if at all. Five days after they were gone there were a bunch of new spiderwebs going up in our basement again. The mosquito treatment was also 100% ineffective. There was literally no change in the mosquito population before and after. Perhaps I'm being harsh in my ratings. I wonder if they intentionally used minimal chemicals, knowing that there was an infant in the house. I am also aware that modern environmental regs often prevent use of the most effective insecticides, on the very reasonable grounds that they're also bad for humans and animals. However, the bottom line is that the treatments at my house were largely ineffective.

The technician showed up on time and sprayed inside the house and around the perimeter of the house for insects. The price was reasonable and the treatment, so far, seems to have been successful. I would not hesitate to use the same service again.

The service tech arrived exactly on time, explained what he was going to do, was very professional, Very pleased with the work.

RIA was professional courteous and did an excellent job. The control for mosquitoes has worked and we have been able to enjoy our yard without having the horrible issue of mosquitoes.

Mosquito free for 2.5 - 3 weeks during an intense rainy season. Almost a month later and only see a couple of stray mosquitoes here and there - the yard is still safe.

They always call me beforehand; I do not have to be home but have to have the pets inside. I used a different company las t year, they were too expensive this year.
