Description of Work: Bought all new kitchen appliances at Sewell as part of complete kitchen renovation. They did not perform the actual installation, but were very helpful making sure it was done to our satisfaction.

Description of Work: We did not use this service provider. Ratings overall experience should be N/A (would not let me enter that response). There was no work date since we did not use this provider. I was required to answer if I would use this provider again, so I indicated "no" but I really have no opinion on this matter. We've been using Sutton and would probably use them again. I've entered today's date as the work date only because a date was required to complete the review.

Description of Work: Attempted initial repair to ice maker Repairs were unsuccessful and we ended up purchasing a new ice maker

Description of Work: I called them because my Sub Zero stopped working and the company that had just destroyed it wasn't responding. They called me back quickly and gave me their cost breakdown for repair work. Very reasonable, as they charge for time and not per job like many do and they end up being a lot cheaper. They were booked a week in advance, which shows you how good they are, so I had another company come by. They wouldn't touch the situation the previous company had left and told me I needed a new fridge. I went to Sewell's showroom in Roswell that day and they were very helpful. I was going to buy from them but I stumbled into a big sale at Sears and bought their 48" wide Sub Zero size fridge which is made by Samsung, got good ratings in CR and has been great.

Description of Work: Ice maker in the refrigerator wasn't working. It turned out that the hose that furnishes water to the ice trays was frozen. Technician thought it might be a defective heating element and ordered a part. When he came back to install the part, he discovered that the company had ordered the wrong part. He tried an experiment and the problem was resolved by heating up the hose with a hair dryer. We're not sure that that's a permanent fix but it has worked fine for about two weeks. It cost a service charge to learn that a hair dryer was a possible solution. I kind of believe that if the part ordered was the correct part, it would have been installed at a cost of a couple of hundred dollars. We got a successful solution because the part was incorrect. I'm not sure how to feel about that. Perhaps the company should have had me try the hair dryer when I first explained the problem over the phone before sending out a technician. I probably would have had more respect for the company if that had happened.

Description of Work: SEWELL REPAIRED MY WASHER (STILL UNDER WARRANTY) AND I HAD REALLY CAUSED THE DAMAGE BY TRYING TO OPEN THE DOOR AFTER IT WAS LOCKED. THEY TOOK THE EXTRA TIME TO SHOW ME HOW TO RESET THE COMPUTER MYSELF THE NEXT TIME IT HAPPENED.
