+ -1 moreAvoid at ALL COSTS. They left sewer pipes exposed in our home. The place was left with a moldy smell and the manager Chuck was condescending and incompetent owner was unhelpful

Description of Work: Servpro does an excellent job removing wet hardwood floors. While they try to be careful not to damage the walls, damage results nonetheless. When it came time to turn on the fans, they did not turn on the HEPA filter units prior to doing so causing dust to be resuspended. I had to move to a hotel. As for professionalism, one of their workers used one of my bowls to get ice from my refrigerator to put in his water jug. The franchise manager came to my house to apologize.
