Chris Glass, their sales rep came out to my home, said he would get a quote back to me and now over a month later and about 4 phone calls later, I still have no quote and wouldn't use them even if they sent one due to their grossly unprofessional behavior. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone.

We called the middle of the night and they got here very early in the next morning, showing up on time. They were very professional and very thorough.

They got out all of the stains and the odor from pets that had been there before. The carpets look great and now I can once again walk without my shoes on it. They were nice friendly people, well trained and I felt educated about my carpet when it was cleaned. I will definitely have them back and I also highly recommend them.

This team was highly responsive, polite, neat and did quality work throughout the process. They even cleaned areas of the carpet that were not affected as well as the basement hall & stairs and foyer area rug, all without being asked. They kept us informed all along the way and were very customer service oriented. It was a very pleasant surprise to have this level of service in today's world!

EXTREMELY PROMPT. THEY ALSO WERE WILLING TO WORK WITHIN MY BUDGET AND DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME MORE SERVICE THAN I NEEDED AT THE TIME.

UNDERSTANDABLY, THE INITIAL RESPONSE WAS DELAYED DUE TO AN OVERLOAD OF WORK FROM THE HURRICANE. GREG KEPT IN CLOSE TOUCH AND THE INITIAL INSPECTION AND WORK DONE BY ALAN WAS TOP NOTCH AND CLEARLY EXPLAINED. MICHAEL ARRIVED PROMPTLY TO REMOVE THE EQUIPMENT, AS SCHEDULED.

I THINK THEY SENT A NOVICE TO DO THE JOB AND THE RESULT WAS HORRIBLE.

SERVICE WAS PROMPT. I WAS OUT OF TOWN DURING THE FLOOD, TECHNICIAN TALKED WITH ME 2-3 TIMES A DAY FOR UPDATES AND RE-ASSURED ME OF PROGRESS.

RED IS ON MY RECOMMEND LIST FOR HIS HARD AND CLASSY WORK.
