Self Defense Pest Control

Raymond Burke is the owner and operator for Self Defense Pest Control. His company is fairly new, but he was my bug guy with my former company, Pest USA, which I absolutely hated! Pest USA customer service was awful and the tech's were awful as well. When I had ants and asked for treatment they basically told me it was a lost cause to treat for ants. This was before Raymond became my tech. He was wonderful while he was Pest USA but alos miserable with them-- which is why he struck out on his own and started Self Defense Pest Control. He has over a decade of experience in the pest business. I took a chance with Raymond and never regretted it. His motto is to treat your home just like his own and I definitely felt that that is exactly how he operated. He always went above and beyond, for example: sweeping out the cobwebs in my garage and trimming a few hedges near my front porch so that pests couldn't crawl up. I used Self Defense Pest Control for over a year and throughout that time Raymond has been courteous, professional and successful at keeping my home pest-free. Unfortunately I moved out of state and am still searching for another wonderful pest guy.
