Description of Work: They come out to do annual inspections as well as the routine spraying. That is the annual rate.

+ -1 moreScott's was punctual, reliable, with great customer service. We were provided a time and date and everything they said they would do, they did. We still use them. We have found our match.
Description of Work: Scott Exterminating came in to do the 8 year renewal. We had been with another company that changed owners and stopped servicing our property after paying the annual fee. We also contacted Scott's for our rental property.

+ -1 moreI have had it with them. They are rude, the "General Manager" yelled at me and hung up on me. I feel like I have been bait and switched over the years and recieved no service for the payment they have recieved.Is it my responsibility to see that they follow through once paid? I feel I can get better service elsewhere and intend to use Angie's list to find it.
Description of Work: Scott exterminating sold me a termite "repair bond" through 2008 on my residence. They never inspected my house. This year they sent me a bill for 234.00 and I called to schedule the inspection and was put on hold by Tanya who said she was going to see if my inspector was in the office and then a man got on the phone identified himself and sat there. Tanya apparently just handed him my file and didnt communicate anything to him. He indicated I did not pay last year and was no longer under bond after all this time even though they billed me for the renewal and they now want me to rebond with them. I have scheduled the inspection to see what they say- but the way they behaved on the phone call I do not believe I will continue to do business with them. They have been paid quite a bit over the years but have made no efforts to complete inspections. When I tried to discuss this with them they said it was MY FAULT for not scheduling.
