They were pretty good. They were on time and were here when they said they would be here. They were efficient and fast. They took about 10 minutes to fix it. It was free because it was still under warranty. I would definitely recommend them. They were efficient.

You will find so many Samsung appliance repair services in Atlanta because the Samsung product doesn't last and its warranty covers parts but not the labor. That's supplied for a $100+service call by supplied by all of these people feeding off the bad choices of us appliance buyers.

I decided not to pursue the repair based on the cost. They were prompt, very courteous, and very professional. I would probably not use them in the future, because I found out that I can do the repair work myself.

Since they cancelled, I have no feedback on their quality. 2 weeks after I submitted the request, I got a call to schedule the technician. The tech was coming from Alabama, over 120 miles away (and I live in metro Atlanta!). He came, replaced the part that was bad, advised me how to keep it from clogging again and I paid $188 for the service. 1 month later the same error message came back, despite my efforts to keep the unit functioning. I still don't have a functioning dishwasher because I refuse to pay that much money to wait a month for service that should have been seamless. I will eventually purchase an American made unit with a reputable manufacturer that I can get serviced easily.

After contacting other Angie's list companies I learned they didn't do Samsung. I called and they arranged to come out that afternoon. They picked up the part that night. Then they came late the next day to install, since they had appointments elsewhere first. I was very pleases with the service. I was especially pleased that they kept me posted on what time they would arrive. 3030

They were all right; it was okay. It was a very minor job and they did what they needed to do. I thought it was over-priced. They were punctual.

They were very professional. They were very prompt. I was very satisfied with their service and that is why I would buy their products in a heartbeat. They could not fix the refrigerator, so they gave me a brand new refrigerator. It was under warranty and I did not spend anything. They stood by their comment. I like them because they send somebody who is very professional to your house and someone who knows what he is doing. I would definitely use them again in the future.
