An undisclosed water issue was revealed on a property I am purchasing. With a closing date of 2/22/21, I contacted the owner on a SUNDAY, 2/14/21 (Valentine's Day) and he arrived EARLY for our appointment on Monday, the 15th (President's Day). He DELIVERED the test specimen tubes to the lab (and advised his lab is local as opposed to some mold testing services that may use labs situated out-of-state). Residential purchases are very time-consuming and time-intensive affaie. We got the results in ONE day. Dale explained the very detailed results in depth and was very knowledgeable. His customer service and attention to detail was impeccable. I would use his services again in a heartbeat.

The workers were very efficient. I was pleased with the service.

My mother set up an appointment with Dale to test for mold. fearing she would be taken advantage of, i was there for the appointment. Dale arrived on time and took the time to explain what he was doing and made me feel very comfortable. soon after he provided us with the results of the testing and sent us a detailed estimate of everything that needed to be done to make my mother's house safe again. We decided to go with Dale and i am so glad we did. Dale and his crew were top notch from start to finish. They followed through on everythin they promised which is very refreshing, so much so that Iwanted everyone to know about it

We had a cabinet removed. The whole team was extremely professional. The team came to our office during business hours with little to no disruption. Quick and responsible. Great job by all. The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early.

Everyone on the team, top to bottom, was extremely polite and accommodating. They were thorough and went above and beyond the call of duty on several occasions. I am extremely satisfied with the results of their hard work.

I hired this company to complete a project on water damage and water remediation through an insurance claim. The owner was nice and very respectful, however. His project manager showed up late or not at all and smelled like alcohol when he did come. The project took a month to complete because they kept calling and rescheduling and would only show for about an hour at a time. It was very frustrating for me. I had work that needed to be completed but due to the problems with the workers, it never was. The project manager did not provide updated quotes to me after the damages were more than the insurance company would cover which he did not even seem to know. Then I reached out to the owner and the workers were fired but there was never follow upon completing the mold remediation or even providing a quote. Someone was supposed to come out and that never happened. After over a month of getting the runaround, I was tired of it and it seemed like the work was complete. Unfortunately, I am here now months later with the same problem and have a new company look at it to tell me that the job was never completed. And the problem was not fully resolved.

Talking to Dale and the team was extremely smooth and they were there to assist to the very end. My family and I truly appreciate all of your hard work.

Dale and Christine were so knowledgeable. We explained our problem (husband was having migraines), they looked at our house, and determined the best areas to test. Then, when the results came back, Dale called and provided a detailed explanation about the results. I have told all the neighbors about them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a really odd problem. I called 4 or 5 companies that I had been referred to by friends. No one could help. I went to Home Advisor, which I normally would not do. I'm so glad I did because I found Safer Building Solutions, LLC. Dale Frank responded promptly. I hired them and they stayed in constant touch during the process and finished the job as promised. They used a lot of plastic to protect surfaces from the sheet rock dust. What did get dusty they cleaned up super well, put the furniture/rugs back in place and when they left it was perfect. Our daughter has CIRS, so we needed to make sure our home was as free of mold as possible. Dale came to our home and made a preliminary assessment. He scheduled a return visit to bring his HVAC man with him. We had visible mold on the back wall of a closet. While no other visible mold was located, Dale proposed a very reasonable and thorough plan for eliminating the visible mold and cleaning HVAC units and duct work for a very reasonable price. We accepted and Dale s men were at the house the next day. The work took a little longer than anticipated, but once completed, we were very pleased. All of the employees were very polite and prompt. Communication was always easy and quick. I would highly recommend this company to others with mold issues.

Dale is a wonderful representative for Safer Building Solutions. He tested my house for mold and quickly came up with a treatment plan. I did not follow through with treatment because of the cost . . . but will certainly use the company when/if I do opt for treatment. In the meantime, I'm going to try to do some needed cleaning of the basement, where most of the problem exists.

Dale is a man of great integrity. We had some communication breakdown at the beginning and Dale then went above and beyond to make things right. I can honestly say I have never contracted with a company that cares more about the customer than Dale. He is a true professional!
