I was very impressed with the company, employee who came to work on the AC unit, and the office staff. I would highly recommend, and I would definitely use again.

GREAT JOB AND VERY CLEAN WORK PERFORMED IN MINIMAL TIME! EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED FROM START TO FINISH IN CLEAR DETAIL, PRICING WAS VERY COMPETITIVE AND CAME IN HUNDREDS LESS THAN THE "PINK PLUMBER" WHOM I DO NOT RECOMMEND! GREAT. i HAVE QUOTED THEM BEFORE ON HVACVE SO I KNOW THEM WELL. THEY ARE NOT THE CHEAPEST. i CHOSE ANOTHER HVAC COMPANY AND REGRET IT. RS WAS REHIRED TO DO THE PM'S. SPEAKING OF WHICH? THE COMPANY WHO DID THE INSTALL OF THE HVAC. WAS ANOTHER COMPANY OUT OF DALLAS GA. THEY ARE ON ANGIES LIST'. THEY WERE GOOD AT FIRST BUT I HAVE CALLED THEM TWICE IN THE LAST MONTH WITH NO RETURN CALL WHATSOEVER. THE OWNER CAN BE A RHUDE PERSON AS WELL. I CHOSE THEM FOR PRICE WHICH WAS (TO BE FAIR) GOOD/ AS FAR AS THE PLUMBER THAT WENT WELL ALSO. THE PLUMBER WAS VERY CURTEOUS . HE MADE A SSUGGESFTION TO SOLVE MY SITUATION. WE DECIDED TO INSTALL A NEW KOHLER TOILET. iT WORKS LIKE AN ABSOLUTE DREAM COMPARED TO THE OTHERS i HAVE LEFT. THEY ARE GREAT.

Work done was great, but thought it was very expensive above what I paid for the initial "outlet" .. he seemed to make up the difference with the other items he said we needed done. But he did a great job and it works now.

We are not sure if the person who came was even an electrician. He said he could not figure the problems and could not fix the issues. We called another electrician (from a different company) who was able to fix all issues in a few hours. We received a refund on the visit from RS Andrews. I honestly do not remember if we ever received any money back for the voucher purchased on angieslist ($49).

never contacted me....I am afraid I paid for services. Need to check my checking account and if I did pay dispute.

Mike Towns and Corey were awesome. But I had no idea that labor was that expensive to put up light fixtures. I ended up only putting up 2 because of the cost. But you have to have it done right when you are dealing with electricity. I will hire again after saving up money. LOL

Hired to fix broken HVAC system as we found on Angie's List and had previously used them with great success. However, not as fortunate this time. On 1/1 we called because HVAC not working. Tech came out and looked at codes on inside units. Said they did not have manual that he would have to get them next day and get back to me. 1/2 there was no call or communication. 1/3 in the morning I followed up, to find out he would be by in the afternoon or evening. Tech came back late in the evening of 1/3 and looked at outside of unit, found other codes, said he would have to call manufacturer and would get back to me. 1/4 after not getting a response all day I called again this time asking for contact from manager. Was told a message would be sent and we would get a call that night or following day. 1/5 (today) still have not received a call from a manger. Called back at 3:00 PM and was told he was on a conference call and would receive a call by EOB. Still no call from manager. Additionally tech called back with update only after I made the 3:00 call, and called my wife's number instead of mine, even though mine was given as contact info. The continued message is he is unable to get a hold of manufacturer and so cannot give me a quote to do repair work. So we are heading towards a week of my basement where our tenant lives not having heat in one of the coldest winters in history, and I have paid a service fee without receiving any service.

Showed up on time, provided fair quote, were professional and friendly.

Jamie the technician listened to what I had to say, looked at the problem, agreed with my diagnosis and cleared the blockage from the crawl space with the right equipment. Honored my Angie's List coupon, left no signs he'd ever been there.

The check up the unit went very well. I was called by R S Andrews Office and informed that the Technician would be running a little late, due to additional time needed to complete the job he was working on. The office called me back and informed me as they stated they would when the technician was on his way and the approximate time he would arrive. He arrived as I had been informed. Explained the delay, I informed him his office had called and I understood. He proceeded to check my thermostat. I then showed him where the heat unit was located. He proceeded to check out the entire unit, connections, and filter. He informed me of his findings and his recommendations as to what items needed attention. Also that their company could do the job, or I could first call the company that installed the unit, since it had only been installed in just a few years ago. Thanked him for informing me of my options and what was needed. I would certainly use R S Andrews service again and highly recommend them to others.

Problem was quickly identified and fixed. Of note, I paid $49 on Angie's List for a service call. However, I still had to pay ~$129-139 for troubleshooting. Then I had to pay for the work. So, total cost was ~$250. I was surprised by the troubleshooting fee, but guess this is standard practice.

Joe was very prompt and professional. Diagnosed the problem. I was shocked when he said over 900 to put in a new gas valve but had to have it done. He did good work but price was way too expensive. I'd be much happier if the price was more reasonable.

Sunday Christmas Eve and they answered the phone quickly and sent someone right away. Hard to get any better than that. They save us from having a Christmas without water.

I made an appointment, I took the day off work, I was at home all day, I responded to the text letting me know the technician was on the way as per the instruction in the text message, but when they didn't receive a phone call, they took me off the schedule. I waiting for two more hours, no call back. When I called to inquire, they were rude, unprofessional, unapologetic, etc. Will never use again.

The plumber did an excellent job, and was clear and patient in his explanations.

He was quick, efficient, professional and got it working better than before.

The guys were experienced and found the problem right away. They fixed it quickly and I would definately recommend this company.a

The problem was diagnosed and fixed with very little trouble.

Two Light switches stopped working, Tech just rewired, one outside GFI didn't work well, replaced and put a new cover over it, checked an outlet that we said wasn't working, but decided not to get fixed. He was here one hour, VERY little parts needed, diagnosticing was ridiculous, since we told him what wasn't working and yet the bill came to about $700!!!!!! Tech put in wrong color light switch, which I missed, came back the next week to change. My husband called and spoke with the Electrical Manager and he agreed we were over charged and refunding $200. Still outrageous pricing and still haven't seen refund! Technician was professional.

Well a little pricey , but good job

Technician arrived within the appointment window and took care of the service. He also took time to explain findings which is going to result in me getting my ducts cleaned again.

Great. Took him 2 minutes to find the GFI switch.

Great tech and will def call and request back
