RS ANDREWS was incredibly professional, got the job done timely, and cleaned up afterwards. The price was competitive too! I use RS ANDREWS for my electrical and HVAC needs to for the same reasons. It’s great they offer so many helpful home services, and their professionalism is so consistent!

Multiple varied experiences: (1) Repaired leak in water supply line, which was broken at the point of passing through the foundation. Plumber neglected to seal the hole in the foundation wall, however. This led to minor flooding when there was a subsequent leak in the irrigation system. I believe this was negligent. (2) Removed roots invading the sewer line. Plumber wanted to unseat a toilet at an extra cost of ($300) to run a snake through the pipe. I pointed out that the backup at two ends of the house suggested that it was probably external, and there was a cleanout pipe just 10 ft. from his truck. Overall cost was about $350. (3) Recurrence of the root problem. This time the plumber charged twice as much for the same wark, saying that they had "restructured their pricing." When you have a sewage backup, you are in no position to argue. Needless to say, I did not call them for the subsequent drain repair. (3) Backed up basement sewage discharge sump. Technician showed me how to activate the pump manually, after which it appeared to be OK. He failed to inform me that the discharge pump was not up to code. (4) Backed up discharge sump again. This time a new technician pointed out that the discharge system was not up to code: it was vented into the basement. I looked it up. He was dead right. He vented it outside, replaced the pump, and added an audible alarm system, all for $1800. I was happy with the work. Moral: With a large company like RS Andrews, there is a tremendous variation in skill and individual expertise. In an emergency, they will just send the nearest technician. You are better off with smaller company with a few longtime employees.

It was as good of an experience as possible. It was resolved in a timely manner with total professionalism. I highly recommend using RS Andrews!

Plumbing and electrical services both went very well. Definitely on the expensive side for quotes, but it was worth it with ensured licensed professionals and the jobs they did.

We had any emergency leak in our plumbing of our house - I have two little ones so we were in a real emergency and RS Andrews came to the rescue. Came out and immediately wanted to see my hot water tank and I said that all I needed was the gas line t off for a gas stove to replace an electric one. He still wanted to see hot water tank and tried to tell me the expansion tank was bad and it is not. Came out with the intent to try and sell me all the other things that I did not need. Very arrogant and his price is 3 times higher than everyone else. They are like the shady sunglass wearing used car salesmen you see in the movies!!! Will never ever consider them again as they are very shifty and not honest!!!!!!

We had several people come out to try to figure out where out gas leak was coming from. After I narrowed down the spot of the leak, Patrick from RS Andrews came out let me know the best thing to do would be to replace that section of pipe with track pipe, a newer flexible style line that is used today. He gave me a great price quote and I accepted. Came back a few days later and knocked it out in 30 minutes. Very happy with everything. Thank you Patrick and RS Andrews.

My experience with the plumber (Michael Waters) was PHENOMENAL. Truly the best repair experience I've had. He arrived toward the beginning of the time window, so I didn't have to wait around for 3 hours. After a brief assessment, he went to the warehouse, returned promptly, and completed the work in a decent amount of time. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciated most that Michael was not pushy and did not try to nickel-and-dime me. He presented me with options, talked me through pros and cons, and worked with me as I decided what was best. I was a bit less pleased with my electrical experience. I had a broken light switch replaced. Everything seemed fine. However, a few hours later I went into my bedroom closet to get dressed, but the the light would not turn on. I called to report it. Another electrician was sent the next day to repair it, but I had to pay another $72 for that. Although I was told that the switches would likely need to be replaced in the future, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my bedroom closet light before that repair. I noticed within hours and reported it. I didn't think it was fair/good business to charge another $72 for something that almost likely resulted from a repair a few hours before. I understand that things happen. No big deal. But I was very disappointed in how it was handled.

The technicians both were very thorough, professional, and came when they said they would. They called me before showing up which I appreciated. The receptionist did provide a way of financing so I won't have to pay interest. They were overall very thorough with the service.

They were very nice, Andrew . I didn't have any problem and I would continue to use him.

$49 to come out then $200 to diagnose! Then suggest repairs. I paid the $49 and said goodbye. This company is only about the money!

We describe the service that was needed, they came out asked a few questions said we didn’t send the correct crew for this job. Never stepped foot in my house. Well you know what’s next, we have to collect the service fee for coming out. We will send the crew that can complete your job. I will dispute the charge with my Credit Union.

Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt that he was honest with his assessment. I would definitely hire again.

The workers are personable and professional. I have used them for a couple of years now and am satisfied. If something has gone wrong, they've made it right, quickly.

Very well. They sent a master plumber and he was prompt and did a great job. He even went out to a supply shop to ensure I had the best part for the job. He explained everything to me, and ensured the problem would be solved permanently instead of doing a partial fix.

They fixed the ceiling fan and were professional.

David C. was very professional. My ceiling fan replacement was actually quite complicated because the new ceiling fan had all these gadgets and special instructions, but he was patient and thorough. It wasn't an easy job because I live in a high-rise condo building, and getting the ladders and equipment up to our floor was a pain, not to mention dealing with the street metered parking. David C. was a great sport about it all. He stayed until the job was done. I would hire again.
