Description of Work: I bought a big deal for $100 for $200 of Plumbing Services!They only did an estimate but didn't do any work. They didn't fix any of the leaks i reported - that was the reason i used your list trying to get someone to do something. Instead, they proposed a bunch of total replacement which costs over two thousands dollars and stated that it's all or nothing - i can't even choose to do just some of them. So i got no value out of this deal. Estimate is usually free anyway. So i called another plumber and he fixed the leaks for a fraction of the cost. I would not use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal coupon from RS Andrews Air Conditioning Heat & Plumbing to do a tune up for my AC and then I had them do additional work of which I knew I was going to have done.

Description of Work: They came out to do an estimate of repairs and estimated the cost to be over 1,000 for one toilet & faucet replacement. We have had 3 toilets and 2 faucets replaced at our new house for less than that! My husband told them that was beyond our price range, so they charged us for the estimate (60$) and we did not use them for work. We have since contacted our own plumber. Since I cannot use the 100$ coupon I purchased I would like a refund.

Description of Work: The details of the offer don't fully list all the things covered and not covered. Offer should list what is not covered or the difference between tune-up and service call. Service call and tune-up are the same exact price without the discounted coupon. A tune-up sometimes can clear up things where a service call is not needed. Which is exactly what happened when I went with another provider. I gave them a C because I'm not sure whether I was giving the correct information by the rep that I spoke with as it was a weekend and there were too many questions that she could not answer, they did call back and said that I could use the discount toward the service call.

Description of Work: took several attempts to contact the provider for service and when we did the customer service person was extremely rude. I asked to cancel the service and the owner called and argued with me, then the customer service rep called me to argue with me, then the next day a service rep called to schedule my appointment which I had requested a cancelation of 3 times.

Description of Work: We called for an estimate to install a new water heater and the technician was prompt and answered all of our questions before explaining the quote---ours was not having any problems but was 26 years old. On the installation date, the tech was on time, covered the floors and his shoes and finished the job with clean up right on time. He was very professional and courteous and explained the work completed. I used a purchased Angie's List coupon ($100 for $200 worth of services). The quote was for $1000. The front office people were very efficient and easy to work with as well. I will definitely consider RS Andrews for future work.
