Description of Work: Had granite installed in my kitchen and needed to have a new disposal and faucet installed. Had several estimates that seemed to be on the high side, all in the ball park of $350. Saw the big deal on Angie's list and thought that it would help defray some of that cost. |Made contact with them through Angie's List as well as email and phone. They were very responsive to setting up an appointment when I needed them. |The technician arrived right on time and was very courteous. |When I showed the technician the faucet and garbage disposal he opened his metal job order container and flipped to the back where there was a price list for services. I was originally quoted a price of $776 to install the faucet and disposal, which was reduced to$698. ($444 for disposal, $254 for faucet) |I thought that was ridiculously high and declined service. While the company has my $100 through Angie's List I will not use them or recommend them to others. |I found an outstanding plumber, that prices his services very reasonably, who I will use and recommend for all future plumbing related work.

Description of Work: They were very prompt and professional in quoting us for the work needing to be done. The representative was very straight forward, knowledgeable and offered best practices for dealing with potential issues after providing a maintenance inspection of our system.

Description of Work: Fixed tub faucet drip, replaced two sink faucets.

Description of Work: Services performed was not services requested, because cost for services requested was much too high and not as advertised on Angie's list. Never had the ;problem with other services on Angie's list. Would not ever use RS |Andrews again.Services was exchanged for maintenance of air conditioner and even for that I was charged an extra $50.
