Description of Work: They did a service check-up on our furnace and gave an estimate for a replacement unit.

Description of Work: I purchased a $100 Big Deal for $200 Worth of Plumbing Services. They inspected a leak. They cut a hole in the ceiling to check it out, but they did not repair the hole. They weren't able to find the leak or provide me with any helpful feedback. I think the technician they sent out was just bad. I had to hire another company to re-patch the hole. It was terrible.

Description of Work: It took the plumber 2 minutes to unclog a toliet. The toliet is unclogged. When I called the provider and told them the problem they told me service charge was $59.00 which did not include $179.00 to do this particular job. If I had known about the $179.00 charge I would not use them for that small job. I purchased the Angie's list special for $100.00 for $200.00 plumbing work. So I paid the plumber $38.00 and Angie's list $100.00. I am unhappy about paying $138.00 to unclog a single toliet. I am not sure of exact date I am unable to very at this time.

Description of Work: My one year old A/C (installed by someone else) needed freon. They told me it could be the freon lines in the wall but they didn't push me to have it done right now. They said it could wait until the summer was over and they would come back and check the lines for me. I felt so comfortable with how they didn't push me to spend lots more than I needed to that day. I purchased a maintenance plan from them and they will be the company I choose for all my heating and air needs in the future.

Description of Work: Repaired a burst pipe with amazingly quick response time. Then scheduled work to come back and re-route laundry-room pipes from an exterior wall to an interior wall to minimize risk of freezing in the future. Very prompt and professional in performing all scheduled work. It wasn't inexpensive, but you get what you pay for and I'm glad we went with RS Andrews. They're now our vendor of choice for this type of repair and I would gladly recommend them to others.

Description of Work: They did an initial investigation of the problem. Afterwards, they used a camera to see what was causing the issue and then the snaking mechanism to clear any possible debris that may have been clogging the drain pipes.

Description of Work: Provided a complete HVAC cleaning after a catastrophic event. Wonderful to work with. Fair price for the job. On time and very professional. The only vendor we worked with in association with this event that actually did what they said they would do for the fair price they quoted...and did a quality job. Will call them for again for any services they provide that we need.

Description of Work: Originally called them because gas starter in fireplace wouldn't turn off, they repaired this. Also found that we had no shut offs for gas. They returned to install those.
