RS Andrews

The plumber representative from RS Andrews did a great job, was diligent and professional. We ended up having to call him back as the leak persisted after the visit, and he returned and fixed the issue without additional cost.

The timeframe scheduled was from 2pm thru 6pm on Monday, August 21st. I called and left a message around 5:15pm after not hearing anything from RS Andrews at all that day or the night before. I received a call from their service around 5:35pm explaining that the scheduled plumber was running behind and I could reschedule if I wanted to. No, I DID NOT WANT TO RESCEDULE. They did not realized until 5:35pm that the plumber was running behind??? I got a call around 6:35pm from the 'on-call' plumber that he was on his way. He arrived around 7:15 pm. To his credit, Michael knew exactly what the problem was when he arrived and was done in about 10 minutes replacing the water supply line. The cost was $163 minus the $49 I paid for Angie's List offer. This seem really high, but I paid it. Will not be using the service again

Ultimately the price was less than originally quoted but still pricey, but that could be typical or standard for today's plumbing work. Overall, I was very happy with R.S. Andrews, the plumber they sent, his polite and professional service and the quality of the work.

The leak was only a matter of an ill-fitting washer. He looked at the other problem and told my wife that the pressure regulator valve was: a) the wrong kind, and b) shot and needed to be replaced for $500. She told him that the valve had just been installed new 6 months previously. He said that the plumber who installed it used the wrong one, and that it still needed to be replaced. We declined. After all was said and done, the valve just needed to be adjusted with a simple turn of a screwdriver. I don't like being scammed!

Guy had to come back. Final price too high!

They are knowledgeable, and very honest and forthcoming about other issues that came up and change of events that make the air quality better.

The RS Andrews plumber came when scheduled and replaced not only the kitchen drain but a section of the adjacent laundry room's drain that was poorly sloped. He also made a few recommendations for drain enzymes and answered other questions I had. It wasn't a cheap repair, but I feel that I got what I paid for.

RSAndrews was great. They scheduled within 10 minutes. Patrick arrived at stated time, completed the work quickly and left no trace of his visit... other than 3 well-working toilets. I would recommend them.

They actually recommended not installing new disposal due to weird pipe issues with the house. Been having problems for years with the sink and they found root cause.

Scheduled time at 1 o'clock, showed AT 1 o'clock. Did a great job, in and out, looks amazing.

As always, it went well. I have yet to be disappointed.

Great! It wasn't an emergency but they were very quick to schedule an appointment and come out. Very punctual and, even when they could have done more work (more expensive), they very honestly told me it wasn't necessary. I'll use them again.

I would give them an A across the board. They come every 6 months to service the unit.

Technician argued about the efficacy of the system, then quoted a price double what the manufacturer ultimately reinstalled the system for. He was on time, and charged nothing for the visit.

Very professional. They were able to explain to me the condition of my AC unit.

It was not good. We had to get a third party involved to make them deliver on their original bid. After they gave us the estimate and we accepted it, they tried to come back and say that it was going to be more. We’ve had no problems with the quality of the work, and they did the work all in one day, so the quality of the work done was good, but ??(04:17-04:20).
