It was all good. Everything was great and everything was fine. I just used them the one time. I'd give them high ratings. They did a good job, they came out on time, and they were courteous. They were professional and reliable and trustworthy. The communication with them was easy. It took about an hour and a half to complete the service. They left the area clean. No complaints there.

That seemed like a good deal to me so I paid for him to replace my disposal with a new one (promising not to try to dispoe of any more screws.

Technician installed new disposal (which we'd purchased at Home Depot) and inserted new part in toilet to stop the flushing- so both problems fixed efficiently and professionally. we did feel the total cost of almost 500.00 (not including the new disposal) was excessive though, given the small amount of time needed for the jobs. I think we could find a more reasonably priced but also good plumber next time.

It was $200 after a discount. They fixed the kitchen sink. I used them in the past and I will in the future. They're punctual, friendly, do a good job and don't charge too much.

Technician was professional, but they charge "PER JOB". Each "JOB" was $160 and since I had two jobs (toilet and sink), my charge was $160/job. So my bill for less than 30 minutes of service was $320 + the service fee of $49 so $369 total with one part that is $7.50 at Home Depot. So basically their rate is $700/hour for services. Will try another plumbing service next time.

It took 3 attempts to get the job done... 1st visit couldn't fix old fan, 2nd visit couldn't install the new fan I purchased, 3rd visit job done perfectly! While it took a while, we are very happy with the end result.

I called RS Andrews around 9am in the morning, they had Tim out there in less than 3 hours. He identified the issue (malfunctioning contactor) within 5 minutes, and had it replaced in 30 minutes.

It never happened. The rude receptionist gave me the impression that I was not important and they really didn't want to come out. She told me for my $49 all they would do is tell me that my light was broken, not fix it. I already knew it was broken that's why I requested the service. This was a 'Straight rip off"

After arrival he quickly determined what was needed quoted a price. After I agreed. He had the correct parts and tools to do the job quickly. Then cleaned up nicely done

RS Andrews is consistently a professional, highly-qualified provider of HVAC/plumbing services. I continue to use them because I know that no matter who shows up, they will be knowledgeable and professional.

The price they gave me was like 4 or 5 times the amount that I had done. They are very expensive. I have used them in the past and I know they are expensive. The guy was very courteous and knowledgeable, that's what I like about them. When you call them on the phone and ask for a price they can't give you one because they have to make an assessment when they get out there. There are some plumbers that tell you what they charge by the hour but they don't charge by the hour they charge by the job.

Tech came on time as stated. I discussed what I thought was the issue. He immediately recognized that the fill valve needed replacing. I said ok, he said it would be another $163 on top of the Coupon price I had already paid Angie's list. I said NEVER. I bought one for $12 and it took me 15 minutes at best to install, and I am NOT a trained/professional plumber. I asked about replacing a $6 ring on another toilet and he said it would be another $163. I got no plumbing inspection, nothing. No at least he gave me short cut a tip on installing the fill valve, which I did not need.

I'd give them an "A" overall and I would use them again.

We have a contract with them. They come every season. It's a once a year fee.

Took longer than expected, had to stay on top of progress

Plumber was up front about costs and the processes he would try. One toilet was fixed with an auger, the other required removal from the floor to pull out a metal bracket stuck in it. The cost of this process was as much as a new toilet installed (when purchasing the toilet from a home improvement store). Otherwise all went well.

He lied about the leak, told me I needed a new toilet and quoted me $800. Got leak fixed by a reputable plumber for $150. He told me that was biggest scan he had heard.
