Service tech was courteous and on time. After review, he recommended giving up on the current unit and purchasing all new furnace and air conditioning equipment. It appeared he was not trained to handle this problem, and did not have access to information regarding the installed system and its components, especially the electronics. He did wire a direct link to the main controls box to provide functionality in the interim. Service tech from the next company called fished new wire through the walls, reviewed and rewired improperly arranged connections on furnace board, and for $350 fixed everything. System now works great.

He didn't do the flood light because he saw a wasp nest but no bugs. He charges for a 20 minutes job was a little too much. It was like they added their service fee in the cost of the motion detector light.

Work was completed satisfactorily. Again we felt the deal was misleading.

He knew exactly what the problem was and offered solutions.

It went great. The fellow who came out did a great job explaining everything to me and what was the best way to go.

The electrician showed up on time and replaced it in about 15 mins.

I asked about the cost upfront with the original rep and she didn't provide it to me. However, I did decide to use the promotion. The price was exorbitant and made 2 attempts to inquire about it. The billing manager did call me back to explain the billing. After some education, he agreed to make an adjustment based on the circumstances. However, it never appeared in the form of a credit on my banking statement. Cost of service provided with this review doesn't include the original $49 promo cost. I would have replaced it myself if it weren't for me being out of town. I would most likely use them in the future now that we're clear on costs. Unfortunately, he didn't follow through on his commitment to me with this particular service call.

Horrible. Technician took advantage of my wife. She is mentally challenged and was only to let tech in while I was en route to home. He convinced her that he needed to install their kit for warranty purposes. He completed job and was gone before I got home. This proves how minor a job it was. We were charged $291.00! I complained to two levels of management and was told both the tech and my wife tried to call me. My cell phone records will prove this was not true.

The installation went fast and the service person was friendly.

good -seemed to diagnose quickly. Way overpriced however. Left my main panel off the breaker board and took the screws with them by accident. It's a thoroughness issue. Now my panel is on the floor and it's dangerous with the kids around. Will contact them to get my screws back so I can mount.

OK. The service provided by R S Andrews was fine.

Big rip off. Do not fall for this "great deal". I paid $49 for an electrician to come out and tell me it would cost an additional $359 to do any repair regardless of how long it took to fix the problem.

Horribly. My elderly parents, one blind and deaf and the other parent bedridden waited for 8 hours, from noon til 8 PM with their phone in their hands to be serviced for a broken toilet. I, their daughter, followed the promises of 6 consecutive dispatchers that promised me that they were indeed going to be serviced. The 4th dispatcher said that their was a plumber on their way, at 5 PM. Three hours later, still no plumber. By the time a plumber came to their home without a 30 minute notice, it was after dark, they had gone to bed and had overflown their temporary commode. I will never recommend to any person the RS Andrews plumbing. They are a ship of fool at best, and actually upsetting at the worse. Stay away from this company.

The technician was very informative and conscientious of my budget. He was friendly and did a good job. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to others.
