We missed the mark here, all I can add is we did attempt a confirmation call the evening before. Once we realized we didn't have the equipment necessary, we provided the company referral that specializes in leak detection. I do apologize for the wasted time. Great.
Description of Work: Full inspection. Called them over for some minor leaks. They told me about the warranty that was on my sink that would fix the problem instead of just trying to charge me extra to fix it. Then while fixing everything I called them out for (two small leaks and my showers were only running warm water opposed to hot), they also suggest turning my water heater down at this time of year, told me when to change my hose for the washer & dryer, and told me the life expectancy of my water heater. All of this advice was advice that only an expert could just give so freely and he didn't try to just sell me things I didn't need.
