Charles Yood, an owner, was in touch with me from beginning to end. He explained my options, using pictures he took of my roof as well as pictures and samples of materials to be used. The crew members were efficient and friendly. The price was not the lowest estimate I got, but also not the highest. When I discovered that a pipe in my attic had come loose during the installation, Charles made sure it was fixed by the next day.

Everything went well. I got exactly what was promised. Rosie's sent out 4 gentleman to install 23 Simonton 5500 double hung windows and wrap the exterior with vinyl so I won't ever have to paint again! They seemed precise and cleaned up well after themselves. The windows look excellent! The guys were polite and respectful. I would highly recommend their services!
Description of Work: I needed 23 replacement windows put in a house built back in the 70's.

Everything went very well. Excellent customer service. What I really appreciated was they found a major issue with the chimney and they waited to review it with me first. I've had a lot of work done on my house recently and out of all the people I interacted with I felt Rosie's was the best.
