+ -1 moreRon is a experienced, knowledgable, and excellent realtor. He is extrememly ethical and trust worthy. I would definitely use him to buy or sell propery. He is responsive, kind, and educated. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Ron showed me real estate and helped me to make an offer. There were multiple offers on the property, and I did not get it because I made a low offer. However, even knowing that I made a low offer, Ron was helpful for every step of the process.

+ -1 moreRon is a very professional, top-of-the-line realtor. He is the best realtor that we could have worked with in the Atlanta area, and we recommend him highly. He worked within our buget constraints and worked with us for many months until we found just what we were looking for. He negotiated a very fair contract for us and helped us when we needed to renegotiate our contract to account for repairs that needed to be made. Ron is professional, kind, and knowledgable. He has been in the business for many, many years and knows what he is doing.
Description of Work: Ron helped us buy our first home. He went above and beyond to show us many, many properties. He helped us with a frustrating short sale experience and then helped us find an even better home when the short sale fell through. Even after closing, he was avaliable and helpful. He went above and beyond to work in our interest, found us multiple houses to look at, answered all calls, recieved information promptly, and was very professional.

+ -1 moreHe helped me purchase my first home as well as navigated a short sell that lasted about 7 months. He is professional. He has a lot of experience. He knows what questions to ask. He is very attentive and showed me a lot of houses that I may have been interested in and found houses based on what I liked in previous houses that he had shown me. He was very good at helping me to negotiate the price on my home and helping me find information on anything that I needed.
Description of Work: He was my Realtor.
