+ -1 moreThe installer improperly hung a curtain rod. It was crooked. He drilled additional holes in the wall (without first locating the stud) and hung the rod again. A month later, one end of the rod began to pull out of the wall because it was not attached to a stud. I contacted the owner--Manijeh. For two weeks, she kept promising to send someone to correct the problem. I told her that my handyman could do the job--but I did not think that I should have to pay for her husband's sloppy work. She told me that she had put a check in the mail. No check ever arrived. She never returned my call.
Description of Work: Rome Design measured, sewed, and installed draperies and blinds for two windows and French doors in my family room. The cost included materials and labor.
