Rockware Interactive Technologies

I provided this company with all the necessary information in order to do the redesign such as logins, etc. I was given a completion date of the work which was to be on Feb 9th. I was also to receive a design mock up with the new look on (I believe, lost track) Jan 26th. On the 27th I receive an email that she had a long weekend and had to push back the mock up until the 29th of Jan. On Jan 31st when I still hadn't heard back from her I emailed her again. Received more excuses and she told me tomorrow I will give you a new date for the mock up. Finally on Feb 2nd I received an email telling me I would receive the mock up on the 4th of Feb. Again, on the 4th I heard nothing from her and had to email again. I asked her if she just didn't have time to do my job, she responded with lots of excuses and apologies and promised to get it done by the weekend, which would have been Feb 7th or 8th. Didn't hear from her again until the 9th of Feb telling me she was almost done and she would send them over that night or the next day. Again, never heard from her until Feb 11th, which at that point she told me my design would go live on the following Monday. This upset me because I haven't seen one single image of how my new site would look and now it is about to go live. I told her that I was very frustrated and felt she hadn't done anything she said she was going to do in the time frame she was going to do it in. On the 13th I gave her 30 days from the date of payment, which was Feb 15th or I would file a claim against her with paypal, to deliver a mock up. I filed the complaint with paypal but Rockware begged me to let her complete the job and promised to stick to a strict schedule of events to guarantee I would receive my website redesign. I was to have received the first mock up on Feb 20th, this was the first of the renegotiated timeframe. I never received anything, she won?t deliver any work and I believe she fraudulently stole my money with the intent to never do my website. I have filed complaints with the local BBB & IC 3 Internet fraud division. I am also in the process of filing a lawsuit against the company.
