Description of Work: At the beginning things were progressing normally. I had contacted the company after my purchase of February 14 and scheduled an appointment for March 2. A couple days before they called to say that the technician was ill and they would reschedule as soon as he was back at work but that it would be a few weeks. I said np problem. When I did not hear back from them, I called at the end of March to get an update. They said the technician was still out and he was the only person who services my area. Again, I said ok but asked that my appointment get some priority when he returns. I heard nothing from ReliaLift after that and so called again on April 21...only to be told that they have no record of any account with me. I pressed them about that and eventually the person said they no longer do business in Georgia and I have to get my refund from Angie's List.

+ -1 moreWhat they did was fine. BUT the gentleman that did the work tried to leave before checking the functionality of his work. The door wouldn't close because he bent the bracket that held the sensor. He came back in to fix that. Work was fine, but he left the old rollers lying everywhere and he greased the "screw" overhead with too much grease that dripped everywhere after the first few up/down moves of the door. The job would have been A+, 5 star except for these items. We probably will use them again, but will stay and watch the entire time.

He thoroughly inspected my garage door, shared a wealth of knowledge about my garage door system, and replaced the old worn out rollers on my garage door with new rollers. Overall, he was very professional, communicative, and knowledgeable. He never tried to upsell me on something I didn't need and was very trustworthy. The only modestly negative concern I would like to note is that we rescheduled once due to the cold weather (not ReliaLift's fault) but then they moved my time slot on the day of service 2 additional times. Still, I would recommend ReliaLift (especially Matt) and use them again for future garage door repair needs.
Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List special for a garage door tune-up and roller replacement. The cost of the service was $75.

+ -1 moreCalled ReliaLift at 7:30 am and technician was at my house by 10:00 and repaired my door. The girl I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful, and the technician (Matt) was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Would definitely use them again.
