Description of Work: This company were referred to me by my neighbor who has used them for 15 plus years. I decided, to check Angies List and BBB to see what I could find out about them before calling. I found no derogatory reports about them. I call this company at approximately 11:30 a.m to find out their rates , the rate quoted to me were $ 75.00 for the 1st half hour and $ 20.00 every 15:mins there after. I decided to have them come out to see if the unit could be repaired. Neal the tech call me back about 15:mins after I called and said he was on his way. Neal arrived around noon to check my air condition unit which had stop running. The assessment was done which he found I had no Indoor Blower, a burned live voltage wire at the furnance and the condenser motor had a bad run capacitor, which he repaired. He also wash the condenser coil and checked the refrigerant. Neal explain to me that my unit is very old a (1990) model may not last much longer. Neal got the unit up and running at a very reasonable price, which I am greatful for.
