+ -1 morePrompt with fair estimate. Started work one week after agreed on start date. Rafael and crew were not on time multiple days and did not call to say they would be late. Quality of work was good and the crew were pleasant to work with.
Description of Work: Removed textured ceiling in front hall and dining room. Put crown molding in front hall and dining room. Painted dining room, front hall, living room and stairway. Patched sheet rock.

+ 0 moreRafael and his crew were great. He was always a half hour or so late coming, but always came and worked efficiently. Rafael always came to get the crew started and checked in on them or worked with them. Everyone was very polite and sensitive to my privacy. The work was exceptionally well done, especially given the prep that had to be done. They recaulked every light in the 15 windows (9 to 12 lights each). I gave him a bonus of $500 as it seemed to me they worked too many hours for his quoted price, and the work was so meticulously done.
Description of Work: Painted exterior trim on brick house: 15 windows, 4 doors, 4 gable ends, 2 porches, concrete block foundation. The house was in very poor condition requiring much scraping and sanding and replacement of damaged wood, and there is a 30-foot drop on west side of house.
