This Company is " The Real Deal ". I have never seen a company stand behind their work like this one does. Next day repair of a single nail hole on a roof they put on 4yrs. ago! No Charge! Amazing. I highly recommend this company. Jack D.

I could not be more pleased with Owner Ken Sullivan! I did not pay a penny until job was completed to my satisfaction. Ken visits frequently during and after to ensure satisfaction. Quality works llc, is one of the most professional companies that has ever done work for me. Outstanding, excellent service. They will go above and beyound to earn your business i have experienced this first hand. I changed insurance companies in April of 2016 so when Ken came and asked me about the roof i told him i just changed insurance companies and i didnt want to involve my new insurance company in this matter, he said the damaged had been done while i was under the previous insurance company and they would pay for it, i didnt believe, but i have to say that was exactly what happened, after talking to Ken and he did his inspection the very next day i was approved by the previous insurance company to put a new roof on my home. I can not say enough good about this company and their representive Ken. My roof was installed today prompt and on time started at 7 am and finished at 4 pm same day, i am so impressed with the quality of their work i would recommend them very very highly. Very professionally done. Ken was very accommodating and courteous. He explained everything about the process so it was easy to understand and there were no surprises. Ken handled practically everything and all went very smoothly. The work was beautifully done, and we are very happy with the results. A great experience, and I would highly recommend.

Quality Works did a fantastic job replacing my roof. Ask for Ken and you will be treated fairly and professionally and get great work. Ken goes way beyond the contract and specifications. He adds value and often charges nothing, or more than fairly, for hidden problems that other roofers use as an opportunity to take advantage of an owner. Quality Works is among less than 1% of GAF roofers who are certified to offer the Golden Pledge Warranty, under which GAF warrants not only their materials but the installer's labor and installation for 25 years (50 on materials!), unheard of in the industry. The warranty is transferable, a great marketing advantage when you sell your house. GAF inspects the work done when issuing this warranty. They have a 10 point rating scale and my job received a perfect 10 from their inspector. Ken offered me numerous upgrades, including high end (Camelot) shingles, beautiful exposed metal flashing to match my paint and also a 130mph (hurricane force) wind rating, at minimal extra cost. He replaced damaged roof decking and did not charge for it, when most roofers want $40 per board or more plus labor. Before I hired Quality Works, I talked to over a half a dozen of their past customers, and all raved about Ken and his company's work. Quality Works offers materials from many suppliers besides GAF and will not steer you to any one of them just to make more money. They take their time to do the job right, and they keep the work area clean and safe. They just want happy customers and will go the extra mile to make that happen. I had high expectations and they exceeded them. You will get great work at a better than fair price if you use them.
