+ -1 moreJoel Beckham did not finish the job. He was to inspect the entire roof and replace broken tiles and repair flashing. He did not inspect the entire roof, replace all broken tiles or repair all damaged flashing. He promises to return but does not.
Description of Work: Tile roof repair.
