Put in my request at midnight via Home Adviser and they called me at 8am the next morning to see how they could help. Had a service guy out that day, who was able to figure out the problem and fix it. Ended up getting a service agreement with them too!

This company is awesome. The owner which provided my bid, took the time to shop around for the best buy on my equipment. We installed Trane equipment. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job. They have a quality control inspection after the job is installed. I have already recommended them to several friends.

PV Heating and Air Company is Awesome. I would Highly recommend this company. I called Jason, who worked with me to set an appointment ASAP on my schedule and listened to my service request. What I wanted was to know if the current heater was safe to run and would it last for the coming winter or longer. The service technician that came out was Paul Bioust who was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough about checking everything to make sure it was safe. PV Heating and Air was the only Company, out of three companies that came out to give me what I ask for. The other two companies gave me prices on a new heaters and kind of went through the motions. Paul Bioust was the only service technician that I felt was honest with me concerning the furnace and its issues. Paul took the time to answer any and all my questions and concerns. They actually listen to the customer���s request and I felt like they were not just out to sell you something. Paul was the only technician out of the three that reconfirmed the judgement of a family member who is in the heating and air business���s evaluation. This is one of the most honest Company of people I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. I also found out from Paul, that they do Electrical���I���m getting my list together now.

Fast friendly service at a fair price.

Jason in the office was very clear and upfront about everything. James, the repair man, communicated with me at all times of the two-trip job. He was very clear, friendly, and courteous. James even blew out and cleaned the drain at no extra charge. He also informed me abut preventative things that I can do.

PV was able to fix the problem the same day that I called!

I've had PV work on my A/C and heating for 5 years now & wouldn't ever consider any other company. All of the technicians are extremely experienced, knowledgeable, professional, & courteous. Very professional staff. They arrived during their scheduled window. I had three appointments with them and each time they arrived earlier or within the first hour their window was scheduled. They even left me with a portable air conditioner to use between the period before they could get to my home. Also, had someone come out a few days later to check on the work and to reevaluate the install. Very professional work and service. Would highly recommend this company.

Company scheduler promised a 2-4 pm repair window. Technician arrived a little after 5 pm and fixed the problem relatively promptly. All in all, I would definitely recommend this Company.

They came the same day I called. Very friendly and thorough. My A/C compressor was coming on and off before the house reached the thermostat temperature. The service man thoroughly checked everything over, pressures, temperatures, amperage, etc. and everything was normal. Now I suspect it's my Nest thermostat that's causing it.

I signed up for their annual maintenance plan for 3 zones. The plan waives the service call fee and the required system tune-up is included in the plan. The serviceman was prompt and got the system running. The A/C is running fine since the service.
