Replaced a 20 year old air conditioner unit. PV tech was informative about which unit would best meets my needs and be compatible with fairly new furnace. Work was completed in timely manner.

Ouch: a trip charge $69; $233 for the capacitor; and $145 for a pound of freon and magic, PV Heating and Air, Inc. has $447.00 in the bank ! Btw: See some reviews asserting that PV has the most up to date equipment - how would a home owner know that?? Ouch!!

Very expensive and were not forthcoming with diagnostic test on the 1st visit and pretended that all I needed was amp. (Called amp by unfamiliar name) Had I known my son could have replaced amp.in fuse box They took my money and did not do diagnostic until 2nd visit. 2nd visit was when they found all the problems. Had I known up front I could have made a better decision. When they (female in office) called to schedule the 2nd visit she said work was not done because it was too cold( technician never communicated that with me) so they were scheduling to come back. I spoke with manager to cancel if work was not done he assured work was done initially (not true). He said he was transparent (not true). Summing it up diagnostic was done 2nd visit. I do not recommend them. It's all about how much money they can make and not forthcoming with me.

Great service

Very informative about our account system. They offer a service to determine where you are losing energy and make recommendations to fix the energy leak. Good company and very service oriented. They told me since we are considered a priority customer we could have service on holidays or weekends if needed.

I have always maintained that finding persons who enjoy the work they do is the surest way of ensuring the job is done correctly and professionally. These guys from PV really seemed to enjoy what they were doing. They wasted no time in rolling up their sleeves and jumping into the task.

I had the issue with my AC which did not blow cold air. The technician quickly found a solution and fixed it. I was pleased with the work.

They called back right away and always kept me updated. The technician was on time, quiet, clean, and informative.

They over charge to install sequencer that cost $18 for the part. Total cost to replace the sequencer and replace three wires and ground $458 plus $69 service fee for them to come out. I told the tech that they are over charging it was too much and he said we are going to rewire your system. Only for them to replace three wires.

Top quality and attention to detail. These guys are definitely not your average "slap it in for cheap and be gone" outfit. Every person that was part of the job (full 20 yr old HVAC replace/upgrade for 1800sq ft house) was on their game. Not the cheapest, but well priced and worth every dollar. Holistic approach to tuning and maximizing the entire system to our house was impressive. Added a return and a register to get the correct airflow. Been up and running a month and a noticeable difference straight away.

This is the best HVAC Company in the Atlanta Area bar none. Their concept of business and the results of their processes are clearly above average in comparison to the other HVAC Companies that I have dealt with in the past. I will never use or recommend any other company from this point forward.
