Peavey A/C were extremely professional through the entire process. They went the extra mile in every way. Everything was done in a timely manner. If we had any questions, they answered them without hesitation. They were knowledgeable about all there systems, and were eager to talk about them. The installation was done and cleanup was a blessing. It is a pleasure doing business with such a professional team.

Everyone I spoke to or came in contact with at Peavey was professional and courteous. I was given an explanation of the inspection of my system and what repairs were needed. THey also told me how to take care of couple things myself - saving me money! I signed up for a yearly prevenative maintenence plan and look forward to seeing them again this winter! Also, I called back to ask a question and they were very quick to repsond -someone always answers the phone! The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because my appointment was at 7:45am and the technicin arrived closer to 8:30am - but they did call and let me know traffic was to blame.

A terrific experience from scheduling to close-out. Everyone had great communication and not pushy on certain systems. I was very impressed the owner came by aftwords for a quality check. I enjoyed giving my money to this business.

These guys left me hanging all day, waiting for the technician, but cut me a deal to make it right. Then when Charles showed up, he absolutely dominated my A/C problem, and was easily the nicest service technician I've ever had out to my house. Within 30 seconds of explaining the problem, he knew what was wrong. Then he had it fixed, parts replaced, within 30 minutes. Charles pulled this five star rating out of the fire and made the wait worth it. You should ask for him when you call Peavey.

Originally I asked Peavey A/C to quote a price on replacing the upstairs A/C-heat pump. After discussion with the representative (Jason Peavey), I decided to have Peavey service the units in an attempt to get a year or two more out of the existing units. After servicing the Peavey representative told me that he saw no reason that the existing units should not last another couple of years. Proud of the manner in which Peavey A/C delayed selling a new unit. When the time comes for new HVAC, I will definately contact Peavey.

Peavey A/C responded to our call within an hour, scheduled an appointment for the very next day, and I had a new air conditioner the day after. Truly remarkable, to have such a professional response so quickly, and at the right price. Everything was explained to us thoroughly, all our questions answered, and some old problems finally resolved. We'd been with our previous A/C and Heating provider for over 30 years, and got tired of feeling like a number and overpaying! up front pricing, courteous service and good atttention to detail on the work performed. Site supervisor always called prior to scheduled service call to make sure someone was home before workers arrived. Work crew maded sure site was as clean as they arrived when they left for the day.

they stayed till all work was finish took extra time worker cut finger others took up slack, plus xtra at no charge procedures to help ac unit. gave tips to increase unit production.
