Very curtious, hard working, dilligent. Came back a second time. Worked the weekend to get a number of inspection-related items resolved.

Great service. Went over and beyond what was to be done. Didn't nickle and dime for the service when additional items to be done were uncovered.

Always get back to me very quickly. Someone is in the office to take calls. Service availability is excellent (usually same day or next). Price is reasonable as well.

Jason and his team were on time, polite and considerate. The quote I got from them was explained to me in detail and I felt that they went above and beyond in installing my new air conditioner and correcting mistakes made by previous contractors.

I would highly recommend this company for Heating and A/C repairs. One of the owners of the company actually came and did the evaluation and repairs on my furnace. He was very professional and was able to identify the problem easily and make the repairs. After several interviews and estimates, I chose Peavey A/C and Heating. I made an excellent choice! Each of the men I dealt with, were courteous and professional. The furnace and thermostat they recommended and installed work great. The air conditioner will get a workout this summer. I am confident it will work fine, but if not, I have a guarantee for two years that I am relying on. I highly recommend these men to everyone who wants "a job done well"!

Workers courteous and competent careful to disturb household as little as possible. Cleaned up house and yard very well.

after recently moving into Decatur GA..we had the occasion to set up regular maintenance with a company and with much success using Serice Magic I logged on again to find a local HVAC company..first call that came in was from Peavey and after talking to him for a short time..set up appt..started my regular maintenance and was very pleased with the service..the cleanliness (used footies on their shoes)..and I was able to ask any questions I had and were answered professionally. (and nice to see that he was using an intern to train at same time..what better experience is that!)

This company is a young company but you would never know it by the service they give. Every employee of this company is professional and courteous. Everyone that I dealt with went over and beyond my expectations to make sure we were happy with their company, the installation and their work ethics. We had them replace a furnace and air conditioner as well as had them install a heat pump for our basement. We are very satisfied and very pleased that we chose them to do the work for us. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Peavey crew just finished up a complex zoning system project for my 30yr old house. They were professional from start to finish and went the extra distance to figure out what I needed vs just quoting me a price, installing and disappearing like the other guys. I highly recommend them!!

Wow, what a professional organization. They show up on time, they work hard and explain everything they're doing. They're follow-up is outstanding. I worked with them on the right deal for me, they were the only contractor that came in and measured the entire area where the new HVAC unit was going into operation. Everyone else assumed the previous contractor who installed the first unit had done his job correctly which is not always the case with HVAC contractors. They provided the best deal for the unit purchased while providing unbelievable service and follow-up. I would not only recommend them, I plan to use them going forward.

Peavey A/C and Heating, Inc. has excellent customer service. We scheduled an appointment between 10 - 12 and David showed up at 10:15! He explained everything he was doing in great detail and made sure I understood his recommendations. I highly recommend this company and will definitely continue using them for all my AC/Heating needs.
