Great explanation of what they had planned after some probing questions were asked. Offered less pricey options as well. More detailed estimates up front would be useful... on a computer printout would help too for easier reading. Otherwise they were the most receptive and communicative of any contractor that came out. They were exceptionally good at communicating via email, which is essential these days. This is what got them the job.

Be very careful in dealing with them. Looks professional (with flow calculations and etc.), but it appears the calculations don't have any value and doesn't prove to right to determine if a return is needed or not for a AC / Heating system. They will try to get every chance to get more money from you. I won't want to deal with them any more.

The first thing that a customer will notice when talking to Peavy is that the company is run correctly. I cannot remember the last time that I have called a company that gives the customer more respect. David, the owner of the company came out to service the AC unit and he is a top notch professional. I was highly impressed with David's attention to detail. He did not rush and worked for several hours to check EVERYTHING! Our AC has never run so well and he said that should be able to get several more years out of the aging units. Peavy gets the highest marks possible for knowledge, integrity, service and respect. Call them!

Very pleased. My husband is German and is very critical of American workmanship. He was very impressed with this company. They responded very timely to our our request for service. They were very professional and knowledgeable and made all necessary repairs that were needed. I will definitely use them again. (P.S. we have had some very bad experiences with the big co's)

They came in and did an efficent job. Very respectful of my home, they put covers on thier boots to keep dirt out of my home. I had a simple problem, and they did not try and over charge me for things I did not need. Very pleased with Peavy A/C and Service Magic.
