I like the through work that they do. They spend however much time that it takes to make sure the job is right, and will explain, and make necessary suggestions as needed. The whole staff is courteous and friendly. They are earnest, trustworthy, and clean up after the job is finished.

The first thing you'll notice about Peavey HVAC is their keen customer-focus. From the little things like calling to schedule/confirm appointments, showing up on time, and putting on booties when they enter your house - they really make sure you're going to be pleased with their whole service. I had a broken line upstairs, and they quickly fixed it, explained to me that I had other potential areas that should probably be addressed (BEFORE they fixed it, very important), and then took care of it after I understood and agreed. You can feel confident knowing that they have your best interests at heart.

Peavey A/C and Heating installed the new gas furnace, indoor coil and an outside AC unit in our 2 bdrm townhome in Atlanta GA. They were extremely professional, took the time to determine the heating/cooling requirements for our house and explain the details for different HVAC systems. They were respectful of our house wearing shoe covers and covering the floor where they worked with drop-cloths. They ensured that everything is done to code during the return quality control visit. We very highly recommend Peavey A/C and Heating to anyone considering installation of a new HVAC system.

I am out of town and it seemed like Peavy was comfortable and well-equipped to handle the discussion of details, the coordination with the tenant and the billing... confidently and efficiently over the phone. The work was completed by the end of the day and, as a result, I signed up for a 1-year service agreement which will expedite things even further should I need them again.

I felt the service I received was excellent. The service man did a thorough job in surveying what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He was very punctual and came exactly within the hours specified. I would definietly recommend to others.

Peavey A/C and Heating was not only professional and courteous but also great communicaters from appointment to finish. My experience was an emergency and they were able to fit me in same day, arrived when they said they would and had every part on the truck to fix the multiple problems. I was beyond impressed at their service and their willingness to walk through each issue so that I would be comfortable with the next steps. They also pointed out items that weren't issues, yet and shared tips on how they could help or suggestions of what I could do on my own. Completely impressed. Highly recommend!

There was a glitch initially in the communications between the office staff and the technician, which resulted in the job being incomplete. After a phone call to the office, the manager took care of the problem.
