Having waited until May 29, 2015 to turn on the AC in my townhome, I wasn't terribly surprised to find it not cooling properly. I have a maintenance contract with Peavey and had previously cancelled the spring visit and failed to remember to schedule a new appointment. I contacted Peavey requesting a service call for Tuesday, June 2 and almost immediately received a return phone call from Peavey on Sunday, May to let me know a service call and inspection could be performed on Monday, June 1 between 12 Noon and 2 PM.. The technician, Justin Owens, called at 11 am and said that he was available but I requested that he arrive at noon. Mr. Owens arrived promptly as requested and proceeded to perform the inspection, identify the problems, and completed the all aspects of the inspection and service call in a very timely fashion. Mr. Owens was 100% professional, very polite, offered suggestions on future needs regarding my ancient AC system, all the while being very friendly and outgoing. He was also able to help arrange a special assessment for the repairs which was greatly appreciated as it had to be approved by the office. My thanks to them as well for this consideration. My AC is now working magnificently and again I am most pleased with the excellence that Peavey exhibits in service to its customers. Thank you very kindly, Mr. Owens, Joseph Peavey and all the Peavey staff.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. He tried to tell me I needed an new unit when my unit was only 11 years old. I did hire him to put in Freon and then was over charged for that.

Continue to use them to service HVAC. Great service!

HVAC work is a black box for most consumers and my Peavey technician made it totally transparent.. He came in after a local big name company said my unit had to be replaced due to a faulty coil and restored the unit to virtually new status without replacing the coil (not necessary). I was thrilled.

Tenants were enthusiastic about the professionalism, warmth, dedication to service, education and reliability of the technician. He was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, explained the nature of the problem and the choices they could make. He executed the work quickly and well. Everything is working fine. They would be happy to use him again.

I scheduled a service call for a particular day to check and repair my air conditioning unit. The day before the scheduled visit, the owner called and advised that he had an opening for that day and that a technician was available that afternoon. Unfortunately, I had a conflict but was impressed by the owner's proactive attitude. The following day, the technician arrived on time, assessed the problem, performed the work and cleaned up without any delays. I am very impressed with the outstanding service this company provides and recommend them highly!

I had a misdiagnosis from another company. They came out and stayed until 10pm to correct the other company's mistake and fix my A/C correctly. Friendly, honest and professional.
