I made a terrible mistake in hiring Pure . I gave them a star because the kitchen look better.When they came I had a light over my sink they replaced it and now it doesn?t work they destroyed the panel and said they would fix it but didn?t. Because the day they wanted to come out We were having my nephew funeral at the house. So they say I miss the 14 day deadline So now Ian stuck with a cabinet that doesn?t close and the floor is broken. And since I paid for my kitchen shouldn?t they ask me if I want a carousel that doesn?t turn and use my cabinet space for disposal trash bins. We never talked about that. Everyone love the kitchen until they see the flaws. Donot hire them

Job was as planed and looks spectacular. Company employees were very nice, came on time to job site. Workmanship by all employees above expectation. If another job comes up would call them first, and would recommend them to family and friends.

The job was done correctly and in timely manner. Customer Service was good on followup to ensure I had the assurance I needed on the mold removal project I had them do. My only concern is that I talked to three diferent people and received a different understanding on what was being done and when. Also there was a miss understanding what I needed to have replaced to ensure the mold did not return. I am now trying to get a price on both supply boxes from my HVAC person to compare with Pure. Depending on what the costs will be I will decide whether to have Pure install or my HVAC company.

As with many people, we were very nervous going into this due to previous encounters with terrible contractors. They listened carefully and considered our needs and together we came up with a design that was both functional and stylish. They were able to begin the installation process earlier than the initial set time. They promised to be done by Christmas, and they were. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, courteous, and respectful. The result is a kitchen that is not only beautiful but also highly functional. It's truly the heart of our home now, and we couldn't be happier. We wholeheartedly recommend PureHome to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen.

This website does not allow me enough space to type the whole story. However, long story short, an employee from Pure Home (RUSS) came in gave me a quote (which I accepted), offered me 6-month deferred payment (which I also accepted). However, the service was not done properly. Things go ugly. There were threats made, belittling, harassment, and uninvited people sent to my home. ALSO, A loan application was fraudulently filled out in my name stating that I purchased kitchen cabinets for the amount of my mold remediation. My signature was copied and paste all over that 20-page loan application which I was not given a copy of until I called the bank (Aqua Finance). This application had the wrong information on it and no verification on my ID. Pure Home uses intimidating and bullying tactics instead of refunding a customer money when they clearly did not do the job they were paid to do. I am currently in this situation; I have contacted the BBB. Please read comments on Y**P.

Troy, Richard, Russ and the team were extremely prompt, thorough and professional in removing mold from our laundry room, as well as treating our crawl space for mold. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of quick, thorough and safe treatment of your home.

Customer service-very good Workers were professional Cleaned debris from the area where the work was done.

Guys were great we had mold. They worked diligently to get the mold removed in an efficient manner. All the teams that came in were pleasant polite and we?re here to make sure we were safe. They started the phase one rebuild and finished drywall and painting. Great team check them out.

I would personally like to thank Mitchel/ Russ and their team for working with me and my family on this project. Being a first-time homeowner in todays climate is anything, but easy but Pure Home was convenient, friendly, fast, and reliable. From previous concerns dealing with a company called "Green Home Solutions we paid 3,000 USD to have the issue not eradicated but bandaged. We placed our trust in Green Home Solutions, but they failed us. The mold grew back and spread like wildfire. Due to my growing concerns, I reached back out to Green Home Solutions, and they advised to us, they were no longer servicing the ATL area. We were left without any answers, no assistance, or referrals. Thankfully we came across Pure Home via Google. Pure Home was highly rated and from the about me section- they seemed pretty personable. Pure Home responded to my request for information within minutes! I had my kitchen completely remodeled! The entire project was completed within 2 weeks and we absolutely love the results! Pure Home went beyond our expectations in pleasing their customers! I would recommend them to anyone looking for renovations!

The company was very responsive after we had water intrusion from Hurricane Helene. They came out same day and set up the equipment to dry out the basement. Their team was prompt and professional. I would use them again.

A representative from Pure Home came to my home to give an estimate on mold removal. My father and fiance were present for the inspection. Apart from generally being very pushy with the sales tactic, he was just condescending and rude. He asked us, “other than price, what is preventing you from having mold removed from your home today?” We said nothing else. When we said we wanted to get another quote because we’d not dealt with mold removal before and just wanted to make sure the price was appropriate for what we needed, etc (which, we shouldn’t have to justify this decision anyway?), the agent became clearly offended and defensive, tried pitting us (my fiance and myself) against my dad by saying to his coworker on the phone that “the homeowners clearly want mold removed from the house but there’s a dad here so you know how that goes” as well as other comments in front of all of us which would suggest by dad was the reason we were not moving forward, when in reality it was the price and we have every right to get another quote and compare. He was so defensive and said that if we didn’t trust him to get the job done he didn’t think he could do anything to change our minds. First of all, sir, I don’t know you from Adam so NO I don’t trust you? And second of all, this is not personal. This is business. Just all in all he was extremely pushy, rude, and left a bad taste in my mouth. He left in a hurry and honestly even if the quote had been acceptable, I wouldn’t have called back solely because of that experience. We all felt so uncomfortable in my own home and just wanted him to leave.

Troy was great! He not only helped to get this project within my budget he also was able to get a crew to come out the same day for mold remediation so that I would be able to get my new water heater installed the next day. I also have to say that Jeremy, Will and Richard who came out and did the work did an excellent job. They answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, and went over and beyond to assist. I wanted a professional to handle the issue and I'm glad that chose Pure Home. I would absolutely hire them again.
