There needs to be a little more coordinating done between sales and field. I was told if I had it done today since they we are busy I would get a little discount. I asked when and how long it would take to do the job. I was told they would be there between 4:00//5:00 and it would take 45 minutes. The guy did not get here till after 6:00 and he had no help. He worked his ass off and did not get done until 9:00 and would have taken longer but I help him to speed the job up. If I had known this I would have waited to do it another day where they could have done it during regular hours. The saving was not worth the inconvenience.

Hired this company to install a vapor barrier in my crawl space. They were right on time, Darrel was such a great sales person. Darrel was knowledgeable and very personable. Tavis Riel was the professional that did the insulation. So very polite and efficient, it took them just a few hours to put the vapor barrier down in my crawl space. They cleaned up, and made sure that I saw all the work that they completed before leaving. Great experience!

We were visited by John and James Perez for the estimate. They were very professional and educated me on the type of mold we have and the other molds that can developer. They walked me through their remediation process and guaranteed the work. Their rates were competitive with other companies I had estimates from. The work was performed as it was described and there was no unpleasant bleach smells. I would use them again in the future without question.

I utilized their services for blown-insulation and installation of two solar attic fans. Darryl set up a meeting with me immediately and spent the time to go through options. They were out the next day where they removed old insulation, air sealed the attic, replenished blow-in insulation, and installed the two solar attic fans. Their price was competitive. I was also looking into using spray foam as an alternative option but went the traditional route out of concern for the chemicals used. Thus far everything has been great with my HVAC unit now able to cool the 2nd floor and attic is not as warm as previously.

Shaun and Steve were professional in work ethics and in customer courtesy. Pictures before and after project was completed were presented to customer. I would recommend Pure Home to anyone needing insulation. Daryl gave excellent presentation as to what job entailed, and how long job would take. Cost was commensurate with current market. Bobby Taylor
