Kevin and James were extremely polite and professional. They kept us informed constantly of what was needed to correct our mold issue. The other two guys (I am sorry I do not have their names) that did the repair work were amazing too. Our finished basement looks great..........

Pure Home came out the same day to assess the situation in my home. They were polite, professional, courteous, and understood the need to resolve as soon as possible. They scheduled workers to come out as soon as possible (this included James, with whom I spoke on the phone and the first day) and they worked quickly and efficiently. They explained how I could help contain the spread of the mold until the work could be done. Throughout the entire process, they continued to show how knowledgeable they are, did their best to reassure us and calm our concerns. Any issues that caused the mold were all taken care of by Pure Home and I am so thankful that I did not have to worry about finding my own contractors. If I were to have the misfortune of having mold issues due to water leaks elsewhere in my home, I would not hesitate to contact John and James again. The paint-match was a bit of a mess of miscommunication but, at the end of the day, John and the workers went out to the store to paint-match for us as I was unavailable. This is typically out of their scope, but as we had the same basic white / cream wall colors and the old paint numbers in the basement, John and his team agreed to assist with the process of acquiring the paint. If I had to choose one thing that was lacking? The communication could have been a little better. I was promised an estimate / quote by the end of the night and had to reach out the following day to request. Because the weather was a bit unpredictable, some of the work was contingent on the weather, but it was always uncertain whether or not anyone would be coming out that day to do any work - if it was still "too damp" or not. The uncertainty around whether or not workers would be arriving meant that all other potential errands were suspended the day of and we played the waiting game a lot during the process.

They were diligent in their search for the source of mold and mildew. They determined it was coming from some windows, recommending they be replaced. As a result, they did not do any remediation. They were very professional and trust worthy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Quote process excellent. Installer late over an hour. However, he did call to let me know he was running late. They were supposed to bring paperwork with them regarding the contract and certification as requested by me through text to person quoting job. I called after job and requested paperwork for tax and resale purpose. It has been over 10 days, and I have not received paperwork; therefore I have no receipt or certification. The product is basic and commonly used in this industry and is as expected.

Greg who came to our house was great but the team of Sean and Ray who came to the house was awesome and did the best job. They performed the services well and went beyond just the normal job and told us of things that they saw we should have fixed unrelated to the service they performed. Hire them to get your house projects completed

Had Pure come out yesterday to quote us on insulation for our crawl space ahead of the cooler months to come. Greg was friendly, knowledgeable and provided a quote on the spot. His team was here today and did a great job with the installation. They were professional, quick and clean. We couldn’t be more satisfied, especially after a previous company (not found on Home Advisor) wouldn’t even bother giving us a quote. Great job, Pure! You’ve got our business going forward.

They came out on a holiday to check the situation. The work was done the next day. Looks great and I have peace of mind.

Pur is an excellent company with a number of quality products however most importantly they are totally focused on the needs of their customers. For our attic insulation project they delivered a blown in product with the density that other competitiors do not as it settles to a reduced thickness reducing the insulating value. You get what you pay for and then some with Pur.

They were quick and efficient

There needs to be a little more coordinating done between sales and field. I was told if I had it done today since they we are busy I would get a little discount. I asked when and how long it would take to do the job. I was told they would be there between 4:00//5:00 and it would take 45 minutes. The guy did not get here till after 6:00 and he had no help. He worked his ass off and did not get done until 9:00 and would have taken longer but I help him to speed the job up. If I had known this I would have waited to do it another day where they could have done it during regular hours. The saving was not worth the inconvenience.
