We were very pleased with the service we received from Pure Home. They were timely, informative, very patient, and worked with excellence. We were so thankful that they got the job done in a timely manner, too.

Crew made a mess and I asked them to not return to finish the repairs to the job. I had others repair the drywall and molding and saved money and the final result was good.

August 2021 â During some renovations I discovered everyoneâ s favorite, mold, growing in a wall cavity. After a worrisome and fitful night during which I convinced myself, my house was ruined and needed to be razed I called Pure Home. Boy, am I glad I did! From start to finish the folks at Pure Home were on time, professional, knowledgeable and experienced. Pure Home put together a mold remediation plan, put it in action and saw it through to the end. Hopefully, I will never need to call them again but if I do, they will be my first choice for solving mold problems.

The installer for my attic insulation was Brandon. He did a great job 100%. He was very accommodating. There was a slight miscommunication but Troy Hagar came out to inspect the project and everything was fine. I’m happy with the results.

We hired Pure Home to install a new attic fan, replace our attic stairs, and re-insulate our attic. The salesman, Matt, told me it would be a **quick and painless 4-hour job**. The crew showed up on time, but a little over an hour into the job they informed us they had to leave because Matt hadn?t informed them that we had two types of insulation in our attic and they did not have what they needed for the job. They took what insulation they could, installed the new attic fan, and left us with a roughly 1/2 insulated attic. They told us they would be back at 8:30am the next morning to finish the job in **max 2 hours** Later that night I found a HUGE crack in our master bathroom ceiling from where someone had misstepped or dropped something while in the attic. The crew didn?t say a word when it happened. I left a message on the main company line and texted Matt. I received no response from anyone until about 9am the next morning (30 mins after work was scheduled to start). I was told a drywall company was coming to fix the ceiling, and the insulation crew was 40 mins out. By 10am the ceiling was being fixed and the insulation crew was slowly starting to remove the rest of our old insulation. A few hours later, the extractor broke and they left us with less insulation in our attic than before. They promised they would return that day, or tomorrow morning at the latest to finish. The drywall and attic stairs crew left a huge mess. Carpet stains, dirty walls and dust everywhere. The insulation crew returned at 7:30pm after I asked for an update. The job was not completed until 10PM. 16.5 hours and two days over the 4-hour estimate. I asked for compensation for all the trouble and was told to pay full price. No returned calls, no more communication. Absolutely furious. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

Troy came out today give us a quote and did the inspection and offered his recommendations. We already wanted to remove the old blown in insulation and he agreed. We talked to other companies and they weren’t interested in doing it. Troy also recommend an attic fan. We agreed and so glad, it’s quite solar powered, and a s already making a difference. Then we asked if the could install a disappearing ladder in our garage. He checked and we set it up. The crew showed up on time and went straight to work. Very professional, explained everything as we went and completed in just a few hours. I was able to inspect and it was done very well. The crew to install they ladder cam a short while later, again very professional, did they a great job as well. We will definitely recommend and will use Pure Home again if we need work done. Very pleased start to finish!

The sales person was very professional, he made suggestions and made sure all my questions were answered. The workers came on time, did the job, I did my inspection while they cleaned up. Everything was done according to the discussion with the sales person.

Foam insulation was fine but I paid extra money to them to remove the leaves from my roof. They took my money and never came back with the larger ladder. I called several times and they ignored my calls.

Tried to take advantage of my dad. I only wanted a quote and the bill racked up to over 3k for what was suppose to be a mold inspection. Luckily I was able to stop the selling of their air purifier. They were suppose to clean the air ducts but the job was only 15 minutes an it should have been a lot longer. Now I need to spend another 700 dollars to get the air ducts properly cleaned again by another company.

Don't hesitate to hire Pure Home. They are thorough with great communication. I am so pleased with the project and they scheduled me within 24 hours. I waited a week to hear from other providers and they provided an estimate and completed the job within 2 days!!

First I want to say that the team was very professional, they made it so easy to get my garage insulated. As things changed with time they called and kept me posted so to no mess up my work schedule. The staff was Polite, knowledgeable and fast; these guys was in and out in 45 min flat. Did I mentioned that my wife was working from home and my grand daughter was down for a nap and nothing was disrupted, as if they wasn’t there. Class organization Marvin

They did a good job, although it took longer than estimated as their equipment kept blowing circuit breakers. But instead of asking me to move my car so they could back into my driveway, they backed into my yard and left tire tracks that won't go away on their own; I'll have to pay someone to repair my lawn.

I bought an air purifier from Christian. The purifier is the best decision I have ever made. We feel like we are breathing better than ever. I like the fact that it destroys Covid in the air before it has time to settle around my home.
