Great guys who are eager to do a great job.

They were professional and remove mold in restroom and also took off radon gas.

I highly recommend this company and I would hire them all over again if need be; they were outstanding to work with. From Mark the owner, to Gordon who inspected to Aaron and Steven that performed the work, I couldnt have been more satisfied at the service we received. Marks response time to my initial request was immediate. Their response time to do the work was the same. Im big into communication and this company must have that same mantra, as they communicated from beginning to completion. By the way, we received 3 estimates for this work. Full disclosure, their price was in the middle (still quite low). I chose them for multiple reasons...communication, disclosure, guarantee and the fact they could do the work right away, and did they ever deliver!! As you can tell, Im quite the satisfied customer. Thank you all for a very good job well done!!

Pure Home solved both the mold remediation problem as well as completed the dry wall repair work for a price similar to the other bidders that was just for the mold remediation portion of the work project. The work was thorough and efficient. All their folks were professional and competent.

Great people to work with

Both Mark (the owner) and the technician were extremely professional. We needed the mold in our crawlspace removed and were on a tight budget. Mark worked with me to find the most cost effective way to complete what needed to be done. They were able to do the job at a time that was convenient for us. The technician was on time and efficiently completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time. He worked hard to clean everything that was needed. It was so refreshing to have a technician that was so polite, respectful and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Radon mitigation Is critical for people selling their homes. Most homeowners in this situation are merely interested in purchasing some system.The average venting mechanism has uncertain results. I was motivated by my family s safety since they spend a good deal of time in the basement. Pure home has a more targeted, effective system. If you don t install their system first you may end up installing it second. After interviewing and working with two other companies I find there is no comparison in educating the customer and providing a responsible solution for getting rid of radon.

As a single mom I am often leery to sign up for any repairs or home improvements. Mark was extremely professional, He answered all of my questions and did not rush me to make a decision. After they tested my home I was completely surprised to know that my reading was at 3.9 despite having a mitigation system in place. To my surprise the two days after it was installed, my readings were 0.3. WOW! Cancer prevention all the way.

True professionals throughout the entire process. Mark contacted me and set up the appointment, gave me a FREE test and installed it within 4 hours of receiving the results. I did not feel like they were trying to sell me something which is refreshing. I got a tax credit out of it too!
