Description of Work: Claudio and his team did an amazing job re doing our hardwoods throughout our house. Sanded to the bare wood, new color and 3 coats of poly. This is a major undertaking and they were very professional, moving furniture out and back in. Very helpful when choosing new color on my floor...they let you actually see the different colors on your floor and then you can choose. Priced very reasonably compared to others for same services. 4 other families have used them in my neighborhood which speaks volumes about their services.

Description of Work: Approximately 2,300 sq ft of wood floors were refinished. Claudio Arminia came to my home very promptly for consultation. I was not sure about the process, but he was able to walk me through all of the technical issues and provide solid recommendations. His estimate was presented with all the necessary explanations. I felt so comfortable with Claudio that I had no reservations in giving his crew the key to my home to perform the work. I returned home two weeks later and found an unbelieveable job. I could not believe the way the floors turned out. They looked like pictures you would see of floors in such high end publications as Architectural Digest and Luxe Interior Design. The one thing that impressed me the most was the shear attention to detail - something that is rare to find. Claudio's team also treated my home with great care. In fact, they went beyond my expectation in ensuring the floors would not be damage when moving the furniture back into each room. For example, putting protective devices on the legs of each piece of furniture to ensure againt.scratches. As a result of their outstanding work, I plan to contract with Prime Hardwood Floors for additional work. This company has the five things you look for in any contractor: professional, highly competent in their field, customer oriented, fair pricing, and most of all - trustworthy.

Description of Work: I used Prime Hardwood Floors before last Christmas.

Description of Work: Had the second level of my 3 level townhome floor installed with Somerset Wood. It was around 700 sq ft, red oak, Cherry stained. They also did trim afterwards which looks great. The owner, Claudio, was very helpful in selecting the right wood, working around my hectic schedule and always promptly getting back to me whenever I called him. His installers were very professional and polite and always arrived on time. The work took around 3 days with a final visit by Claudio to see the completed project.

Description of Work: Prime Hardwood Floors refinished my hardwood floors, replaced some hardwood as needed, and retiled a small bathroom.

Description of Work: All carpeted areas of second floor (1,000 Sq Ft) were replaced with prefinished oak hardwood. Out Staircase (14 stairs) was also changed to all oak treads.

Description of Work: Tony and his helper tore up 3 layers of linoleum flooring, put down wonderboard then installed a ceramic tile floor in my rental property. The job totaled about 170 sq. ft.

Description of Work: Over the course of two years, I've had almost my entire house done in hardwood floors. This entailed ripping up and removing all old carpeting and smelly padding. Also refinishing everything to exactly match the small amount of existing hardwood I started with.
